It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it to see the kids smile they had so much fun I spent $200 , I haven’t been to chuck E. Chees in a while, I enjoyed the all the upgrades thats why I gave the 4 stars. The manager should’ve let us know that they was gonna close the salad bar down early before closing. I understand that the want to get out on time but have the decency to see if anyone wants something before putting it up. Was only to families in the whole establishment. When it was all finished I turned in my points and wanted to buy some prizes they told me that the registers were closed already. While You still had customers in the building. I never leave a bad review but you made my kids cry and they wanted it real bad I had to explain to them they already closed the registers so I couldn’t buy them it , I wouldve bought if I could That’s the reason I took a star away. I’m sorry to Inform but I will not be returning to this location. but don’t take my word for it go and check it out it’s a really nice upgrade in the games not to much in the food but it was ok , it really was for my kids it was a day for them.

I took my kids to Chucky Cheese yesterday. We got a pretty good deal with 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza’s, 4 drinks ,a chocolate cake (13×10 ),salad and each of my kids got 60 play points each (3 kids) well 1 is a man now but always my baby lol.All for $127 !I have paid close to $200 at one time so I think it was pretty good. The place was clean and not crowded. The games have been updated since last time we visited which are much more fun to play.Chucky Cheese did come out to greet the kids which is aways cool! The pizza is a bit on the thin side but we love it.There is plenty of parking. The gifts are on the pricey side if your purchasing with all cash. The employee’s were all great ,very nice!We had a good time. THANK YOU!

I usually bring my little one here when we come into town to visit. Nothing spectacular, there are always machines that are broken, but we try to make the best of it. However, this time I was incredibly disgusted & infuriated with the staff & their lack of help, class or tact, and personality!! If you can’t even simply smile while working in a child’s environment then you should look elsewhere to work. The young female manager that was there was more focused on flirting with the male employee in the back rather than correcting any issues at this place. Kids were standing on top of the games & not one person(parents or staff) said anything to any of them .Overall it was a tackytrashy atmosphere.

Took about 10 whole mins for someone to walk up to the front t to acknowledge my family and I think they only came up because my daughter wondered off walking towards their kitchen. Staff didn’t know they had a deal for Wednesdays for games and chucky didn’t even come out ,something my kids look forward too it looks like the employees rather just hangout Instead of work we will go to mega bytes (an arcade) in hemet next time .

Love this location. Always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. They have a big selection of games for small and older children. If you purchase a resuable cup for a child it comes with free refills for all locations. Been living in hemet for over 13 years and have brought all my kids here for the last 12 years. My last child is 3 and its still a awesome experience

We gave them a second chance because it was my nephews birthday and the pizza was way over cooked almost burnt. Very hard to eat.

Customer service was terrible. Ordered 6 drinks, only got 5 cups, the guy told me he counted and I’m lying then grabs a cub and hands it to me and says whatever. So that was a terrible way to start our time there. Then we spent $60 on games, and all the games barely give you any tickets. We won 160 tickets on $60. We go to Dave & Busters and always are in the thousands if tickets. Anyways everyone in there including the customers where super ghetto! But that’s typical of chuck E cheese. I’m not some saint, I come from the ghetto, but I hold myself and my family with some respect. Don’t waiste your money or time.
