I’ve never had a bad experience with them. One time, I came up to the door right before closing, and they weren’t making any new orders. Understandable, cleanup takes a little while and I (who also works in the service industry) wasn’t about to demand service when *I* was the one who came in late. Anyway, one of the workers saw me peering into the store before I decided to leave and stopped me before I could. He called me over and said he was about to throw away a pizza someone never picked up. Instead of wasting it, did I want it? Dudes, I was astounded. Free pizza and a kindly demeanor?! Not to mention the environmentally friendly waste reduction awareness. At the insistence of a few drunk college kids that were around, I took it. I’m definitely lauding this up to be a greater thing than it was, but I really was having a bad night. I’m still thinking about it months later. Don’t expect to get free pizza, don’t request or ask, that’s just not on. But if you’ve been saving up your karma points for a rainy day, maybe pass by and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Great service, every time.

I find this very odd. When placing an order for delivery using my 70113 area code, it automatically tells me delivery is unavailable in my area. Mind you this store is 11 mins from my house. However, using a 70118 area code, which is further from this exact location, delivery is automatically available all of the sudden. I didn’t know we were redlining certain zones for pizza delivery. Really sad.

I ordered a large Extravaganza pizza with extra sausage online and received exactly what I ordered. Got it quickly and with good service.

Worst dominos in the uptown area. Never get the pizza you ask for. Always skimpy on ingredients even when you pay for extra stuff. Will never order form here ever again.

Placed a large order a full day in advance. Credit card machine was down and I was told to call back the next morning. The next day, I was on hold on and off (because I was disconnected numerous times) for 2 hours. The order was for my students to enjoy during their lunch period at school. I had no way of knowing if the store was actually following through with the order, until it arrived an hour late (soooo, you can imagine how those hungry students felt by then). If someone had answered the phone when I first called (as soon as they opened), I could have cancelled the order and tried Papa Johns, who has never disappointed me. The only reason we went with Dominos in the first place is their proximity. What a HUGE mistake! I’ll never order from this location again. And, because the employees were incredibly unresponsive and unsympathetic, it’s quite possible I won’t order from ANY Domino’s again.

Called at 11:45pm, they say they’re open until midnight. Woman on the phone said “my manager said you can only place orders online at this time”. (Wouldn’t it be easiest to just order right now? While we are already on the phone? With you? No? Ok.) Went online. Placed order. At 12:10 received an email that the order was cancelled. Y’all coulda just said it was a hard no instead of giving us the runaround. Or just honor your posted hours. Anyways, be advised, hours not actual.

Ordered pizza to be delivered online. Pizza never showed up & I had to call to find out what happened. Store said they didn’t have any drivers & my money would be refunded in 10 days. I never received a refund and the dominos website is completely useless. I’ll never order from domino’s again.

2h45 minutes from order to deliver for one pizza. Honestly, wouldn’t even be that upset but the pizza was stone cold by the time it arrived. Pretty garbage.

I ordered pizza online for delivery and was given a 30 minute delivery estimate. Based on the tracker, the pizza was ready within 20 minutes, but 70 minutes after we ordered, we get a call from the store saying it would be another hour and a half for delivery. They asked if I could come pick it up, which I did. But they still charged me the delivery fee and the driver tip even though they said they would take it off. I would have been happy if they had called as soon as the pizza was ready, not waited over an hour, and taken off the delivery charges.
