Although we were the only ones in the room on a Saturday night, the food was delicious, portions large, and service was friendly and attentive. We celebrated a birthday and the server brought out a piece of cake and even had the bar band play happy birthday “rock” edition. It was hilariously enjoyable. Thanks for a great night out with family.

Our food was hot and delicious. Although green beans is a simple thing these were about the best green beans I ever ate. I had the 8oz sirloin and my husband had the fish and chips. Plenty of food. And priced reasonably. Chris was our waiter. He was pleasant and courteous and took great care of us. Also, Donna gave us some great tips for exploring the area. Great food, great people.

Ann is a great Bartender and server however, it’s would be nice if the other person working with her would have the courtesy to back her up! I placer an order of a sandwich with him and then he disappeared. When he came back an hour later I asked where my sandwich was. Not very happy. The hours have changed, the menu has changed but no updated in the rooms.

We had a party of 30 and we had one waiter for everyone. After everyone sat down, we didn’t get drinks for about 25 mins. Then about 20 mins later we got our order and I ordered a medium sirloin with green beans. Then an two hours later we got the food, but they gave me prime rib well done with broccoli. I didn’t even care to take it back because it was 30 mins before they closed.

Called and made reareservati for my anniversary. Took 7 attempts to call back to change the time by 45 minutes. I was told kitchen closes at 9:30 when our reservation was for 6:45 . Had to eat in the lobby/bar area with a bar menu. This was not shown online or when I called for reservations (maybe mention it when it is for a special occasion!!). Wine was low quality, food low quality. Waste of a nice, special night.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We came for Mother’s Day, and the server am said they didn’t have a wine list? We ordered dinner (three filets). Our appetizers came, which were surprisingly decent given the horribly dated decor and worse service thus far. AFTER we finished the apps, the server said they were out of filets. We switched to Strip steaks. A drink later, the server came back and said they were out of Strips. Embarrassed and disgusted, we asked for a manager (there wasn’t one working). We reluctantly paid our bill to that point (nothing taken off) and left for Redhawk around the corner. Save yourself the trouble and boycott this disgusting excuse for a “steakhouse”!

We arrive at 9:05 on a Saturday night for dinner and we are turned away. Company website says kitchen open until 10PM. They appeared to only be interested in catering to the patrons at the bar. Disappointing.

Breakfast buffet was limited. Staff was very disinterested and slow. Carpet in dining room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Obvious management doesn’t care.

This was one of the worst hotel restaurants i have eaten in.. The staff seemed like they could care less to be there. Food was bland and cold for dinner,and way overpriced. The breakfast buffet looked nice but was cold and tasted old and dried .. Never would I waste a penny there again to eat. Very disappointing..
