As a long time pho lover, I have a lot of experience to judge. The broth is very very mild, like it has been mixed with water a few times, more on the sweet side did not feel the expected meaty flavor. The bowl size is like a from the kids menu, it is definitely not $14 dish. Missing basil and chili on the table. Don’t know about other food but if you are looking for Pho and you are not dying from starvation drive another 10 minutes.

Go somewhere else if you want teriyaki. 17$ for the chicken/beef and they don’t have a bottle of teriyaki on the table, and the guy gave me a bunch of hassle when I asked for a little extra for the rice. On top of that the portion size was 2/3 of what you’d get across the street. The Pho is passable but again 14$ for a “large” and they come out with a bowl that makes you question how small the small is. Plus they don’t even give you thai basil, but cilantro instead. Also when we got there the place was empty of customers, but way more than half of the tables were unbussed and dirty. If you want to pay 20$ a plate for an underwhelming meal, come to this place.

Chicken teriyaki had no teriyaki flavor at all. Mostly tasted of soy sauce. Guy at the restaurant says they mix teriyaki and soy sauce together. Flavorless at best. The lettuce had more flavor than the chicken and rice.

Poor food quality and service. When we ordered the sweet and sour stir fry for my Mom who cannot have anything spicy, it came out with chili in the sweet and sour sauce. We asked if we could change it for something different but they told us no. We would have to pay. The chicken katsu was dry and like eating breaded hockey pucks. The pho was ok, nothing spectacular other than it’s at least cheap. Grocery store deli food is better quality. Don’t bother coming here unless there’s nothing else open, and even then Walmart is just down the road for better quality service and food. If this had a negative star, I would give it -2. I should have been more diligent reading the reviews.

Flu season is here, let alone the notorious COVID, yet some restautants like this one still want diners to use common plastic chopsticks and spoons piled up on the table. These utensils could have been cross contaminated when kids play with them as they are waiting for their food, possibly by adults as well when they sort through the pile.

Rapid take-out service. All dishes are very flavorful. Gives an option to have the Pho ingredients cooked or raw, which means much fresher taste at home.

Ordered a large beef pho. This thing was like a small. Spend $16.87. Had more fat than beef. They had no sauce for the soup. If you want to spend that kind of money and leave hungry, this is your place.
