This was our favorite place we went while on vacation! The Gulf had the best vibes, food, and drinks. Even though it’s all outside there is a great breeze that comes through so you’re never miserable hot, even on an August afternoon. The tacos were amazing, the fries are home made so they’re extra good. We loved everything about this place and a bonus that it was kid friendly.

Pretty awesome place. Especially when you live 17 hours away from it and naturally the beach. Very friendly staff, cool ambiance, lots of seating for everyone, food was out very quickly. I almost want to remove a star for the wonderful burger (DELICIOUS!) coming without cheese and then having to pay $2 for a slice of cheese… But I won’t. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love The Gulf! It is a beautifully decorated place that is located right along the beach and is very spacious. The service was great, and our food was prepared efficiently and tasted amazing. The Gulf Burger and Loaded Fries might be the best burger and fries I’ve ever had from a restaurant. On top of it all, it is quite reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend The Gulf to anyone in the area!

We were unimpressed with this restaurant. My shrimp lobster roll was good but not great. There’s really nothing special about the menu other than the shrimp lobster roll. My husband is gluten free and had trouble ordering. Finally he went with chicken tenders hold the bun and it was pretty burnt. We felt they were over priced. The view is fantastic and I guess that’s the reason for the high $$ and popularity. I imagine it would be fun to have some drinks near the ocean but we went there to eat.

You’re going for the atmosphere and the cool exposure to a sandy-laid-back experience. The kids will love it as there is a sandy beach, man-made, for the kids to enjoy. You order your food, pick a place to eat and they bring your grub to you. All of it is outside with amazing views.

First time eating here,so I am going to say it was really good food, however it is not like being at home when you pay for the meal,be prepared!! Th pricing was very high, but the food was very good, you are on vacation, don’t worry about the cost, if you can! I am always looking at cost!
