I was visiting Portland last night (7/11) and came to drive thru at approx. 907pm. I was very disappointed with quality of my food because I ordered Wagyu bacon ranch meal and my sandwich and noticed it was very raw pink inside after I took a few bites. I only like well done meat. I didn’t bring up this issue to crew member because I didn’t notice until I already drove off and was far from the store. We live 30 min away from this Portland location. I felt sick in my stomach last night and assume it’s due to this meat uncooked. On the other hand , I want to give positive feedback about service crew member, Maximus, who was very nice and professional with me. Just please work on cooking meat at the required temp and quality to prevent illnesses

I was just there today and I had a very nice meal. But what got me was the wonderful service a young lady behind the counter gave to an older gentleman with a cane. She took his drinks out to his car for him as his hands were full. All the counter help was friendly to me too when I asked for extra sauce and a bag for my food. Great food {love the steakhouse burger} and service. A little pricey but very nice nonetheless.

My first time having hushpuppys fish sticks, they come 3 or 5 pieces. I loved them, and tarter sauce was very good. I have the app on my phone and used the free motz sticks offer, and they were outstanding with their ranch dressing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back soon.

This is my go to spot. The halfway point between my daughter home and mine to pickup the grandkids to come visit. Anyway the Diet Coke has the worst state. Almost like dirt or mold. Not the first time. Please check out your machine or whatever system to ensure it’s very clean and mixing correctly. Could be the ice too. Not sure. I will drive down the road to McDs to get my drink. Also this last time you were out of Chicken Salad sandwich. Disappointed.

The server did not listen when I ordered a meal and a side. she made the side part of my meal. Got my meal and no fries I had to order my fries separately and wound up costing me more money. she did the exact same thing to the person behind me by that time the manager stepped in and he got his fries for free but the server was like not my problem
