I don’t know how you can over cook something and still have it underbaked in some parts of the food. Also the size is a joke. The caramel dip doesn’t taste good and it has a foul smell. I would not recommend this product. In fact I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant they never have anything in stock and they got rid of the spring rolls which was the only thing that was alright on the menu.

My boss was kind enough to take our crew out for dinner when we worked late one night. The staff was able to get all the orders correct & it didn’t take long. I love that they have the Coke dispenser that offers every drink imaginable. Strawberry Powerade is the best!! I had chicken tenders which were hot & crispy & cheese curds which were cooked perfectly – still filled with hot, melty cheese. I don’t visit Zaxby’s often because of all the bread, but if you’re not carb conscious, it’s a great place for a meal.

The establishment needs better management. There is absolutely no excuse to have to pull around to the other side of the building every single time you go through the drive thru. Plus, you have to wait 15-20 minute for them to bring out your order. I guess it’s because they wait to bring out your order with the four-five orders that were placed after you… so, your food is warm at best plus, fries soggy! If you are on I-81 I would save yourself a couple more exits and order from the Zaxby’s at exit 5.

Surprisingly fresh! My wife and I really enjoyed our salads and the kid said the chicken and fries were tasty. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. Wish we had more Zaxby’s down south.

i ordered for curbside pick up and I parked in the parking lot, it said to call and they will bring their food out to me. I am attaching the photo where it says that. I called and they said that they will bring the food out to me and I proceeded to wait for over 30 minutes for them to bring my food out and by the time I walked in there, it was sitting inside where I would pick it up. I ordered curbside, and I did not get it curbside, and I would not have waited for 30 minutes if they told me I needed to come inside but they did not and I am very very very disappointed. I’m going to be calling the manager tomorrow. I don’t want to be like this, but I have two boys that I’m babysitting at home waiting on this food that I ordered. I wish they would have just done what their sign says, and bring the food out if that’s what they want to do; if you don’t want that to be a the thing then you don’t offer to bring the food out there. It’s not that hard.
