I tried to let them fix this I really did. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I called, waited 5 minutes on hold… told the nice girl that the pizza I got is extremely dry a little over cooked with hardly any cheese at all and all she said was “oh I’m sorry. Well thanks for telling us, goodbye “ that’s it??? Like I tipped you guys assuming you did a good job! Very very disappointed ☹️

These guys not only have top quality pizzas, but they are great for my business and feeding a bunch of guys. Great tasting and super fast! they can make specialty pizzas for you or they have a great selection of specialty pizzas already on their menu. my top choice is to always go for the buffalo chicken pizza. Burn your mouth deliciousness.

I am always impressed by the pizza I get for such a good price. I usually call ahead because they take 15-20mins to make the pizza. 9 times out of 10 they have vegan cheese which is a plus! Their crust is naturally vegan. They have several gluten free options as well. I like their dessert pizza it’s like a giant cookie. Their staff is always kind and attentive. When they have made pizzas wrong in the past they always remade them no questions asked.

I love 5 Buck Pizza, but this location is not my favorite. The quality is still pretty good, but their customer service is definitely lacking. I visit this one frequently because it’s closer to where I live and work, but I almost always have to wait while there are multiple people behind the counter not helping me. I get being too busy for immediate assistance occasionally, but this happens way too often. I would 100% prefer the S Providence Center location to this one for both quality of pizza and customer service.
