I had a couple classes I had to take in the general area. I discovered this gem last year the employees are very nice and the food is fantastic. I ended up having to come back for some more courses I had to take. The lady at the counter was so nice I told her how I remembered this place and just had to come back and she covered my entire meal! That was the highlight of my day! The chef behind the grill is very talented and dedicated to what he does. 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am calling the health department due to finding a big piece of plastic in my son’s food. I was told it’s from an employee changing his gloves. Unacceptable. Do not eat here these ppl are trying to kill somebody.

Really tempted to call the Health Inspector. I order through DoorDash. The food I received HORRIBLE. EVERYTHING taste like it was cooked in old burnt cooking oil. Fries burnt and undercooked. Chicken tenders black as tar and hard as a brick. Polish boys look so disgusting. Refuse to eat it. Before throwing it in the trash I tried feeding it to a raccoon and it refused it. This location need to close immediately before someone becomes ill

I just had their steak and shrimp philly, hands down the VERY BEST sub I have ever had!!!!! I seriously doubt any other sub shop will be seeing me again. I wish they were in every town. Also, just a side note, I didn’t find any evidence of the bad reviews and/or complaints being true. Front people were very polite and friendly, my food only took as long as it should have for fresh cooked food even with me ordering it when I walked in versus calling ahead. My sub came with fries that were cooked to perfection and hot even after my 14 minute commute back to work, and the restaurant was NOT dirty in any form. Sub City is a perfect example of why you can’t always base who you choose to do your business with or where you should choose to eat solely upon reviews.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered on UberEATS. I ordered a chicken potato with added broccoli ($3), a Canada Dry peach and pineapple. The driver called and said that they were out of ALL beverages. How are you a restaurant with NO beverages? They could’ve gone across the street to Giant Eagle to have something stocked. The potato was beautifully presented but is actually chopped up potatoes that were so bland. The broccoli was barely present even though they upcharge for it. The broccoli, peppers and onions were cooked well. It was just so bland and barely had chicken, cheese and ranch on it. From years of working in food service, they clearly struggling and low on stock. Please close or serve smaller portions if all ingredients aren’t available. $16 is not worth what I got. Never again.

Just don’t lol. They will accept your order, take your money, and then call OVER an hour after you’ve ordered to say they’re out of everything and they offer ZERO solutions. They HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, were incredibly RUDE, and then tried to keep all of my money without delivering any food. Wait, the story isn’t over yet, after talking to them 3 times they agreed to deliver different items and then cancelled the order ANOTHER HOUR after we spoke with them.

I ordered a steak and chicken loaded potato. They put chipped up steak and chicken on it. Absolutely horrible I like to chew my meat I don’t want it chewed up for me. I’ll never pay $15 for another one of their potato’s again unless they use real meat
