I literally don’t even like donuts like that…EXCEPT the pumpkin munchkins… wanted 10 this am… please tell me in this pic which ones are pumkin…. beyond aggravated and can’t even call them to replace bc they don’t answer…..EVER!!!! The drive thru is always nice tho… but always messing orders up and I work in Brooksville so by time I got to work it’s too late to fix… and coffee messed up too n gross but I bought it… the donuts I gave to my coworkers yuk…

This is the 3rd time I’ve ever gone inside and there are usually about 5 to 6 people working. The girl who took my order (who I have had before with the same interaction) never says hello and always has an attitude, never smiles and acts like you’re an inconvenience. A simple smile goes a long way. My initial drink was made wrong, and I explained I ordered 2 drinks. I was then handed my correct drink with no apology either. It’s just ridiculous how terrible their customer service is.

Friendly staff and food is nice and fresh. Coffee is great too, iced caramel macchiato hit the spot perfectly. If you’ve never been before, I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese bagels with the bagel bites. Hits the spot just right.

First, let me be clear.. the employees here are amazing. I come in 1-2 times a day and every employee is friendly and attentive. However the staffing levels at this location in the afternoon borderline on abuse by management/ownership. At first I thought it was just short staffed/callouts But everyday for at least the past 2-3 weeks (that I know of) there has been 1 person on staff during the afternoons. 1 person to run drive thru, front counter, make drinks, make food, theoretically clean… this is physically impossible. Today, I stood in line with 6 people while the drive thru had 2 cars at the window and 3-4 cars behind the speaker, while one employee did her very best to take care of all of them. It was painful to watch, and in the end I scaled down my order. I wasn’t about to order a frozen coffee or food as I had planned (which BTW, the loss of that one order would have easily paid for another employee at least for that hour.. I can only imagine the other lost income from the day due to short-sighted scheduling)…

If you want a latte with no coffee in it then this is the place for you! And I’m not saying there wasn’t enough coffee, there was absolutely not one drop of coffee in my drink. All it was was a cup of hot frothed cream. They did manage to get the sweetener in it I drove back and got a replacement, however no apologies or acknowledgment. Management really needs to offer a better training to the employees. Definitely not worth my $5.

The worst tasting coffee I believe I’ve ever had, not to mention the horrible management and a manager who doesn’t seem to know the difference between his right and left foot, let alone how to run a store; he quite literally does not have the sense that the good Lord gave a goose. I will not be returning and advise anyone else thinking about stopping here to drive the extra few minutes and get Starbucks or a local coffee shop.

After reading what happened to the young lady for eating a sandwich off the clock I will never go back to dunks. Train your managers better, had an 18 year old arrested for a sandwich which would of been fine if she would of clocked in 10 mins. Earlier. No discipline, just had her arrested for theft. I’m disgusted, I hope this place gets shut down at this point. I’m going to starbies.

Disgusting management!! Employers need to start realizing that if they don’t treat their employees right, then they don’t deserve a business or success. That poor teen is going to have a petty record all because you couldn’t cough up a sandwich and drink. At least give her a write up?? Don’t have her ARRESTED!? May you lose all business and see no success in your lifetime.
