Writing a 1 star review towards the manager who is on shift on 08/19/23 at 8:18pm, there was an employee in training and this lady started yelling at him and calling him stupid for not getting the wrong name for a pizza. She was constantly yelling and bashing him in front of customers and saying that he’s too dumb to learn how to make a pizza, manager said: “I don’t know what’s wrong with you, but you’re stupid!”. This lady needs to be fired. No one should be treated like that. Everyone learns differently, she needs to be nice and help him learn a technique that works for him.

Got home to find my order was completely wrong, pizza crust was wrong, paid an extra $2 for pan, and my other pizza was supposed to be the big new yorker, pepperoni’s were regular, sauce was regular and minimal, and it had no new yoker seasoning on it, food was cold as well. Decided to call in and got this lady on the phone who was pretty rude, believe her name was sarah but I could be wrong, started off with saying “what’s wrong with it” in a rude tone, basically trying to move through the conversation without care, finally, she said she would give us a “credit” and that it would be applied to our phone number so the next time we called to order it would be free, no credit was ever applied to my account, or my phone number, so she flat out lied to me just so she wouldn’t have to deal with me anymore.

I ordered Meat Lover’s Melts. They are perfect! There are 2 melts in an order, and it made 2 meals for me. It comes with a container of marinara, which wasn’t quite enough. Next time I will order an extra sauce – problem solved! The melts are kinda like calzones, but not “bready.” Crust is really crisp. Wonderful! These are definitely KEEPERS on the forever menu! Thank you, Pizza Hut!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at the Pizza Hut on Steptoe. This place closes on thursdays at 11:00pm. I placed an order at 10:02pm and got a notification saying it would be ready by 10:20. Upon arriving BEFORE CLOSE at 10:30 the doors were locked?? I Called next day to inquire about a credit which I was given by a nice lady of $20.00. But after trying to use my credit I spoke to another “manager” named Lisa. Who was a complete A***HOLE!!! Completely unprofessional and rude!!! she tried to tell me that I was lying and never went to pick up the food I PAID FOR? after giving me her attitude, She took my order and let me redeem my credit but gave me some soggy food. I guess all you can do when you’re 40 some years old and still a manager at Pizza Hut is give other people a hard time.

Honestly the worst experience ever! I called my order in, they said to come and get it in 15 min , I showed up 20 min to give them an extra 5 mon go get it done, got there paid for two cheese pizzas, then had to wait 15 min and then the “ manager” said it was done and only gave me one and said have a good day, I then explained to her I ordered tow not one, she said I had to wait another 10 to 15 to get the other pizza I ordered, I finally asked for my money back and had to wait 10 min for her to figure that out, at no time was there a hey let me fix this for u, all I got was excuses. DONT GO HERE!
