I have been to firehouse subs all over America. Walked into this one and no a one of the 6 employees said a word to us. The young girl at the register was friendly, but I didn’t need to see her purple SpongeBob shorts above her pants. After we ordered I asked if they collected patches from other fire departments, she said I think so. I ga e her a few patches from department amd she looked at another employee and asked what do I do with these. If your greeting people and talking to them you should know your job and stay off tic tok while a customer is talking to you.

Who ever the manager is with no teeth in his mouth, working tonight 5/9/23 obviously doesn’t believe in doing his job or having his employees do theirs either. I walked into the restaurant at 8:40 and asked to order a steak and cheese Togo. The “ manager “ yelled to the employee taking my order that it’s cold subs only after 8:30 “ we bout to go “ so I said is that posted somewhere? Because it’s not online. Or posted anywhere in here. “ we been doing that here for years. Hire managers that actually want to do their job. I work in a restaurant. If you can’t pre close without still being able to serve guests, then don’t pre close. And handled the situation extremely unprofessional.

Went to this location after work. I was not geeted by the cashier. I waited a good while for my meatball sandwich only to get a DRY sandwich they literally did not put the sauce on it. I called the location and no one ever answered my call.

Stopped by on Saturday 11/19 to get 5 subs to go. The team was very friendly and prepared our order promptly. When we got to the house found 1 sub missing. Called the store and they knew their error and had the sub brought over within 10 minutes. Great commitment to customer service. Thank you!

I went to this location a few weeks ago. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and to my surprise there was no actual turkey on the sandwich. I decided to give this location another try. I was told immediately upon entering that there would be a 15 minute minimum wait time upon ordering. 15 minutes for a fast food restaurant?? I will take my business to other fast food establishments where they literally make the food as I order. Sorry, but I won’t be back.
