Our Crossroads location opened on May 5, 1999. Located at the corner of Bel-Red Road and NE 20th, this high profile delivery kitchen created a swell of anticipation as pizza lovers traveled through the busy intersection. The Eastside Journal even gave a pre-opening Thumbs Up for the site’s patch of green grass amid a concrete jungle. Crossroads is open for lunch seven days a week, and offers daytime catering and pick-up service. Delivery is still the focus, but customers can also enjoy pizza by the slice, whole pies, salads, calzones or lasagna in our dining room. The store also sells beer and wine, both in-store and for take-out or delivery!

Feel like eating pizza? Must try Paggliaci Pizza, it tastes amazing and service is great!! Also to our surprise we got the free slice in one of the night , not just one but 2 slices per person.. very generous and thoughtful even while they offer free:) truly wholeheartedly thank you Pagliacci team for the efforts and service!!

Went here a couple weeks ago. Best pizza I’ve ever had. Dining area is small, intended for take out. Prices are crazy high though. We got 2 pizzas. The first one was a Italian style pizza. That one was fantastic. The second one was a combo with meat and vegetables. Maybe it was because we were full from the first one, but the combo wasn’t too good and didn’t match up the first one. I would say order something with not too many toppings. Other than that, i definitely recommend. Amazing pizza. Service was fantastic.

I’ve been getting pizza from here for a few years and it quickly became my favorite pizza joint in the US. I love that they explore random toppings like fig & prosciutto (a personal favorite) in their season offerings, but have a great selection of standard toppings with quality ingredients. Out of the 15 different pizzas I’ve gotten, the was only one (a seasonal pizza) that I wouldn’t get a second time, but mostly because there are so many great options to choose from.

Great calzones, high quality pizza. Tried the Roman Holiday, loved it. Ordering online is fast and simple and delivery is quick. I like their flavors and how stuffed the calzone was, I will definitely be ordering more.

Good ordering service by phone. The pick up time was within 5 or 10 min of my scheduled pick up, just little late which these days is saying alot. The pizza itself was ok. Its always a matter of personal preference and i think decent. Just not my personal favorite. The crust is old school italian. Overall i would do again.

I love the pizza there, coming from Hawaii i am new to the area. But 2 stars cause customer service over the phone are rude, instead of answering questions due to being new in area and to the state, operator over the phone decided to hang up.?? Very confused on why?? Called again to explain that im new in the area with a different operator that I was hung up by your last Operator and decides to ignore the situation. Next time ill just order online myself or arrive at the location.

This is my favorite pizza shop near my apartment. Like everything they put on the pizza, seems all materials are genuinely from some famous brand. Well, I’m not a pizza expert however. I just love the taste. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny. I happen to be ordering one today at diner time, and I saw everyone is working effectively and efficiently. No delay whatsoever. I waited around 5 mins by the door and I saw a lot of people come and go. I bet you won’t regret give it a shot.
