Love primal swine the service, and food are great, just wish open times were consistent. Have swung by on multiple occasions and they weren’t there. Farmington and surrounding areas need better food and I want to see primal swine grow.

Crazy tasty food and some very unique dishes. The wait is a bit long, but the food is cooked when you order so that’s to be expected. They will deliver it to you inside Lauterhouse or you can take it home.

I had the pan fried noodles with catsu chicken. Amazing flavor in the noodles and the chicken was crispy and juicy at the same time. Can’t forget the duck fat and truffle fries. 10/10 Would recommend. Well done Chef’s.

One of the best food trucks I’ve ever visited. Their menu is unique. We had the belly noodles and a couple of the boa bun sandwiches. The food was seasoned perfectly and tasted very fresh! Can’t wait to go back and try their other dishes.
