This place is awful. I don’t usually order Papa John’s but 2 of the very few times I ordered, they delivered somebody else’s pizza. So frustrating. They’re customer service to recover from these mistakes is underwhelming if I am generous. I wish Pizza Hut changed their delivery limits to deliver to my house.

Great food and customer service, however, when I went to keep my food warm, a box caught fire and almost burned the rest of the boxes. Thankfully we were paying attention, although the apartment smells of burnt box now. This is more towards the corporate offices, rather than this branch which is great. Put warning labels on the boxes not to warm in oven or let us warm our pizza in an oven in the provided box, like other pizza places.

Ordered take out for two pies. Ordered ahead and was able to pick it up. Pies came out great. They get busy so please be patient with them. They seem overworked with the huge influx of orders especially during dinner rush.
