The customer service was great but the food was a little doughy even for a pizza place, I just feel like the food could’ve been prepped a little better that particular time. I’m going to count it as a one off but the staff was very professional and helped me politely so no major complaints will likely come back at some point to give them another try to cook the pizza a little better and see what happens. There were flies everywhere in the lobby and I managed to order wings from a place nearby 15 minutes after our pizza was supposed to be ready and still received the wings 25 minutes before our single pizza came out. We asked if there was any compensation for the pizza being an hour late and watching several others order singular pizzas after ours and still getting their order before us and we got just a 2 liter soda in return. The resulting pizza was by far the worst I’ve ever eaten and had enough salt on it to fund a gambling addiction in ancient Egypt. If this is the closest Little Caesars to you I strongly advise ordering from any other location and taking an extra 20 minute drive because I promise it will be faster than here.

Lets start with the super long wait time for the hot and ready pizza.. which wasnt ready…. The heavyset guy said he was gonna go make some cheese pizza because there wasnt any.. when I came in he was just standing at the front.. one customer waiting…. He should have been making some.. not wait until it gets busy…. After about five minutes more customers came in… The guy never came back to the front… Until maybe five more minutes and six more customers waiting to place an order…. I prepare to pay using cash.. he says he can only take bills under a twenty… I had a twenty and it seems like he couldn’t do the math…. I got shorted a dollar.. but after the long wait I didnt feel like arguing and doing the math for him… He didnt have a care in the w… He was sitting in the back eating.. he came to the front chewing and cleaning his gums out…pizza was ok… Not fully done.. but edible… DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I’ve had problems with this place in the past but my most recent experience was a huge improvement. I placed an online order. The gentleman at the front was very polite and patient despite how busy they were. He kindly asked me for my online order, went into the warmer, checked the pizza and seen that it was a tab bit over cooked. He didn’t even bother to give it to me and stated he was going to make me a new one. The whole time he kept a smile on his face again despite how busy they were. He had such a warm welcoming spirit and engaged with the customers, kids and made them laugh.

4/27/23. Whoever the “New GM” is, the bald dude with the missing tooth, needs a little more training. Apparently that location stops taking orders 2 hours before closing, although the website is still accepting them and then when trying to call and figure out what’s going on they don’t answer the phone because “they don’t have too”.

I have literally ordered separate items from this location on 5 different occasions. Each order was for something different, at a different time, and on a different day. If I place it for pick up, I show up and still wait an hour for food. If I place it for delivery, they just refuse to make it altogether and I never find out until 20 drivers have attempted to pick it up. Save yourself the trouble and absolutely never order from this location.

It’s just terrible. The employees don’t want to work. It took them 8 minutes to come up front to even take my order. Then I waited 20 more minutes just for breadsticks that definitely were not great. My son loves their breadsticks, but it is consistently an overall bad experience.

Worst service ever. I put an online order at 4 and said it would be here by 440, and nothing came still waited till 530 and still nothing. So i called the store and nothing, they picked up the phone and hung up and then didn’t pick up.. I had to cancel my order and get a refund threw door dash. Worst place and never will order here again.
