Except for one lady, the customer service is disappointing. They put away ALL of the food about 2 hours before close. Food is not consistent. Always missing sides. I’ve ordered the same meal on four separate occasions(because the first time wasn’t bad and i wanted to give it a chance), but each time, I received something cooked COMPLETELY different.

Very surprised… Ordered the curry goat. The goat was okay. The rice and peas were undercooked. I ordered a side of jerk pork and it was the worst. It tasted like the meat was previously frozen. The jerk pork lacked flavor. What a waste of money.

I guess, they don’t read, soup NO FOOD simple not them. Then when did Jamaican cook red peas soup with carrots pumpkin and Maggie chicken noodle. This was disgusting . The only thing was good is the curry goat for my kid.

Rice bland and dry. Festival must have been sitting in hot box all day. Inedible. Jerk chicken flavorless and old. I went during dinner time. No excuse for old food. Never again.

I should have went to Donna’s. The food is terrible . I ordered jerk chicken and rice and Peas. Rice isn’t cooked thoroughly and chicken taste ten days old. There was a customer here b4 me, after I ordered my food and started to eat ,he was still waiting on his food. I believe his food was hot and fresh. Maybe you have to know what to order. But I will not be coming back….

I used to eat here at least once a week the food is OK for what it is as far as the lunch special of $4.99 but today they tried me. I normally buy their fried chicken à la cart too, and it would be $2 a piece today I go in there and order the same two pieces of chicken and it’s $6 like wtf…The one lady was charging me and the one behind her started laughing as if it was a joke of what she’s charging me because in all honesty I could’ve got the lunch special for $4.99 And got the same two pieces of chicken and rice so I just want it to make sense!!!! Kingston grill when you guys are price gouging or the price changes depending on who’s behind the counter that’ll definitely make you loose customers! Because you just lost one ☝
