Like somebody else said this location was very good a while back, my family and I decided to try it again years later. What we got for $60 dollars was over cooked unflavored chicken, a bad attitude from the women in charge, I decided to only return my daughters taco and switch it for beef, the women just stood there staring at me trying to make me feel wrong in saying something about, ask me to repeat then again just stared at me. I would probably avoid this location and travel to another one

I went in to Bubbakoo’s in Manasquan to pick up an order that said it was ready at 2:25. I stood there for 3 minutes before any of these employees acknowledge me. My order had never been started. This lady came in after me and also waited to be acknowledged.

Some things need to be fixed here. Short- handed staff. Tin foil wrapped around grill spatula tools for cooking smh. Your cooking aluminum into the food. My double steak in my burrito tasted like old meat. Saw it come out the back it was already gray. Not cool. This location used to be great! Someone from the top needs to come down and look into this.

Great place for the whole family. The employees are friendly, helpful, efficient, and worked well together. Quite a few unique items. The kids liked the tater tots and curly fries slathered in cheese with bacon, and my husband and I chose bowls with brown rice, steak, and shrimp. The restaurant was clean with fun decor.

The staff doesn’t take orders well. After repeating 3 times my order still wasn’t correct. Mind you I walked in and ordered. Kept asking for 10 tacos they looked at me like I had 4 heads. Ended up just taking what they gave me I had to get back too work. This specific establishment will never get my money again.

I ordered on the mobile app and when I opened my order my orders it was missing everything it was a plain steak quesadilla yet I add rice jalapeños and sauce. Then when I opened the salsa is wasn’t the one I ordered. Simply the fact that they couldn’t make my order correctly at all is disappointing. I will not be returning to your location point pleasant and walk have much better service.
