Ordered a double beef and cheddar meal. Fries were sitting in pre-made pan for at least 10 min. Not a soul was there except employees. My beef and cheddar was all beef they spread the cheddar on the top bun like it’s mayo. Need to train the line cooks that cheddar sauce is not spread on its poured on. Do you see any cheddar in the pic? I can barely see it on the bun. Not happy after a long day at work.

Staff was nice lady in the drive thru was training and trying her hardest there was a mistake in how the order was taken could have easily been fixed by repeating it back. Fixed it at the window no issues. We were in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes food was cold. Will return to Arby’s but not this location.

The manager on duty was very nice here and the food was very good. We ordered French dips and a chocolate shake. The manager even helped us out with an issue we had with the mobile app. Currently they are raising money to end child hunger so go ahead and donate a dollar or more. I believe you get a free fry coupon if you donate while supplies last. I wasn’t expecting that but it was nice to find in the bag along with our great tasting food. The place wasn’t busy when we went and there was no line really to wait in. It was a good experience.

I have liked Arby’s for years and I don’t think I’ve been this disappointed. Fries were cold and rubbery. No worry I thought, sandwich is always good. Unfortunately not this time. My Chicken bacon sandwich had a tough cold piece of chicken. So sad, I really should have asked for a remake but eh… for an $11.50 meal I expected better.
