It’s the worst. My 2 cup holders of my tea are locked with coffee because the medium size iced coffee I ordered is more than half leaking, sorry and asking if I need coffee again? Terrible. Don’t stop here. They will mess up your order. Everyone makes mistakes, but here they act as if they cannot be bothered to fix the mistake that THEY made. The staff acts as if they are so inconvenienced to remake your order correctly. It’s like it is YOUR fault they have to stop and redo your order. The employees are just rude.

Had worst experience. Staffs are rude and service was horrible. I was having little hard time with using rewards dunkin donut app, and 2 staffs are just pushing me to pay instead of using apps and saying Oh My Goodness in front of me 3 times. I never met anybody treating customer like this before. WORST WORST experience ever!!!

Had to catch the early flight out stopped off at Dunkin’ donuts for an iced coffee and a regular coffee. Service was great. Just need to update the computer system he had a little bit of problem getting it going but handled it well

I have been going past this Dunkin Donuts for 2 years on my way to work and never stopped in because they don’t have a drive through.. This morning I decided to stop and go in. The woman at the counter who took my order was fantastic. She was friendly and fast and seemed to really care about what she was doing. The rest of the staff was terrible. I waited a while for my order and when it came up, the coffee was missing. I said it was supposed to have coffee and the person who gave it to me seemed bothered by that and responded with I don’t know. The pickup area is tiny and everyone is standing around waiting for their orders. When my coffee became available, I left. When I opened the bag at work, I realized that the bagel I requested be toasted, was not toasted. I gave this rating a 3 only because of the person who was taking the orders – otherwise, I would have given this location 0 stars. I will not return
