The crew was fast and accurate with my order. I did have to tell the staff making my strawberry shortcake coolada how to make it though. I gave them a pass on it as they was young and it was a favorite drink 20 years ago at DD’s. I can say the owner knew what it was just looking at it. He smiled and said he had not seen one made in a long time.

Tables are normally dirty and today when I went in I was told a person couldnt take my order. I dont work there and feel I shouldnt have to use my card if I rather use cash. Wasnt impressed. So we had to leave without making a order due to staff only wanting to deal with drive though. In my opinion thats aweful customer service for you to only want to deal with customers in drive though.

As busy as this place gets, They move you right along. You have the hazards of the bad drivers clogging the drive thru, which makes a wrap around the parking lot harder to dine in. But the food is Dunkin Grade, minimal mistakes, clean, But inside is usually full of people which degrades the atmosphere.

From Washington state here visiting grandkids, heard Dunkin’ Donuts is popular here so I ordered this am via DoorDash. I ordered a medium americano with no dairy, as soon as I took the lid off, I could tell the coffee was a little bit old. I proceeded to try it thinking maybe it got a little cold between pick up and delivery but even with my nondairy creamer, I drank one sip of the coffee and it was bitter and tasted old . Also ordered 3 egg and cheese and 3 hash browns, the egg and cheese tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for too long and the hash browns were horrible! Broken and some tasted old and burnt.I ended up making the kid’s breakfast, dissatisfied and disappointed. Took pictures to post , it’s unbelievable!

Took my snacking bacon back in because it was cold and the bacon fat was jelled up on it. They told me that they keep the snacking bacon at room temperature which I’m sure that osha would love to here that meat is being kept in the danger zone (40-140*) The manager was there or owner not sure and he didn’t seem to care. Once again this is why I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts !! I’m just glad I had a gift card!
