I remember back when Bruno’s was BBQ. So now it’s not BBQ but a bar and Grill. The brisket is more like pot roast. There is no crust, smoke ring, well done no pink. The tri tip also cooked well done hard to chew definitely needs sauce to add moisture to the meat. The ribs while good not over the top. Loaded baked potato not worth a $3 up charge. If I’m going to pay more for toppings I don’t want to put them on the potato. Butter comes in packets, sour cream in plastic cup & not enough bacon/ onions. For the price point and location this place could be a five star restaurant if they would make a couple of small changes to their process. The overall experience, service, atmosphere is good. Would definitely recommend for dinner and bar to anyone

Hard to tell its a BBQ joint, not your typical place. I had the Wrangler burger. It was fine, nothing to write home about. My son had the beef ribs and LOVED them. He said they were very good. They made a mistake on his side choice, but ended up bringing him the basket of garlic bread he wanted. Good rib place, ok burger place.

Came in on our way home the beach. Upstairs patio wasn’t open but we were able to take our dogs into the bar. Service was great.. Everyone working was so sweet. Even the dogs got a couple bones it was really nice. We had some apps and drinks everything was delicious. 100 out of 10. We will definitely be coming back.

Loved the interior and ambiance. Intriguing without being overbearing or pretentious. I had the BAD BOY burger, it was terrific. Shout out to the bartender who invented the VIOLET NIGHT cocktail, so unique, I guess there really is something new under the sun.

I am new to the area and one day I was craving a hamburger and I don’t mean fast food, so I googled “best burger near me” and Bruno’s popped up. Ohhh my gosh! I was not disappointed! There’s even a plaque on the wall for “Best Burger People’s Choice 2020”, which upon my arrival did not impress me because, um… 2020 was the year of the Covid shutdown… any burger not cooked by me would be the “best”!

Ordered to go last Friday, 1/2 rack and 2 sandwiches, & garlic fries. $78.00 and most of it went into the trash. The ribs were dry and tough with a little watered down see though sauce on them. No flavor, the sandwiches were like eating jerky. Fries were cold and soagy the garlic was just thrown on top. No dip for the fries or extra sauce for the ribs. Sad how a great restaurant has gone down.

Love Bruno’s! Good drinks. Solid and dependable food, and fantastic company. The outdoor seating is fantastic with lots of fire pits for those chilly winter / spring evenings. The downstairs bar is also great if it gets too cold outside.

Delighted by Bruno’s. Got a take away last night, very good Beyond Burger but the real star was the mac and cheese potato skins. I haven’t ever had such perfectly cooked potato in the USA. Reminded me of UK chips. I’ll definitely order from here regularly.
