I ordered food online and was scheduled to pick it up 30 minutes later, I drove across town to get there to be told that my food wasn’t ready because they “ran out of chicken” but I was never given any notice stating my order couldn’t be fulfilled. They told me to come the next day to receive my food which I did, the following day I arrive to the store and get my food and thinking nothing of it I drive home and put it in the fridge because I wasn’t hungry at this time, I later went to the fridge to grab some chicken to only realize that they hadn’t given me my bucket of chicken, they gave me my chicken tenders, mash potatoes, gravy, some fries I didn’t order but not my bucket of chicken. I tried to reach out the following day after due to it being too late to contact them about it and I’ve had all calls declined from the store. TL;DR Terrible service, Stole my money.

Update: Marion KFC is the worst service. There was 2 ladies in front of us…was told we had an hour wait. Its only 1:00pm…also i got a mountain dew and they clearly dont clean the nozzles on the pop machine in the lobby. There was mold in my cup floating around in my drink. Kinda ruined my appetite. But they dont do refunds so instead they gave me a new cup. Like that was going to help.

The worst I ever had. As an added note…we asked for coleslaw with our meals (2) and got two containers of chopped cabbage with no dressing. Your employees could have said we are out of coleslaw so we could have got a different side or made some since they took the time to open a bag of cabbage and pour it into a container anyways. And no biscuit with the chicken meal. All very sad for the money we paid.

When you order a meal with dries , nuggets etc maybe ask if we want condiments. Ketchup, sauce etc. I know corporate a.erica wants to save every dollar, well you lost a customer for being petty. Congratulations……I travel weekly and will never stop at a KFC again.

This is the second time I have tried going to this location since moving here. It has been horrible food both times. A month or two apart. The people seem friendly but the food is horrible. Overly greasy, seems old even thought I had to wait sp maybe dirty fryer oil? They game me a Mt dew with no ice(not requested) and it tasted like it was the last of a batch if that makes sense. After being told they didnt have any dr pepper until tomorrow. They fries they gave my kids are so salty my 6 year old complained about it. I will not be going back to this one for sure.
