New spot right off Arnold Ave plenty of free parking across the street. Place is super bare bones, only a few stools near the window and not much decor. Definitely a to-go place. Menu is huge and everything sounds delicious l went for the classic which is the cheesesteak with onions and cheese wiz. Sandwich was a good size for the price and packed full of steak and onions. Cheese wiz was delicious and really made for a great sandwich you almost don’t need ketchup (or mayo if that’s your thing). I had this for dinner and it was more than filling. excited to come back and try more things off the menu!

I wanted to try this place out because I heard good things. Cheesesteak was bland and horrible, very little to no cheese. I got the animal fries and they were repulsive. Everything was bland and overpriced. I also wanted to eat my meal at the restaurant but it was super hot in there so I couldn’t.

I’ve been ordering for awhile now and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. The food has always been hot, tasty, and most importantly consistent. Tonight was the first time I had anything off about my food and it was pretty minor. They have cheese lovers fries that come with your choice of cheeses and bacon. Mine arrived tonight and looked fantastic…. except there was no bacon. These things happen and it wasn’t a big deal. I actually debated even calling but I did.

GKNOWS is outstanding! Best food to get at the Jersey shore after a beach day. Egg rolls are great. And the cheesesteak was bomb! Def recommend if you’re wanting a cheesesteak or even there dessert options.

Horrible, if you have to copy one of the original steak sandwich places at least be good. The sandwich isn’t seasoned at all,no taste of oil or butter very dry. Most important the bread was not from Philly ,and was not that good. Not worth trying anything else,if you are from staten island stick to .

Bangin. Original cheese steak might very well be the best in the area. I think I need another before I make that claim. And the cheesesteak eggrolls were phenomenal, I’ve had a lot of cheesesteak eggrolls and these were unique, I think there was a hint of duck sauce on them. Awesome place and the owner is a super nice guy. Will be back!!

The cheesesteak was very ehh. Not good. Not bad. I got a cheese steak with whiz. You could barely tell there was cheese on it. Very stingy with the cheese. It’s called a CHEESEsteak. Cheese, especially whiz, should be oozing out of a cheese steak.. steak itself was bland and lacked flavor. I had to put ketchup and hot sauce on it to add flavor. Very underwhelming. I guess that’s what i get for googling “best cheesesteak near me”… google, you lied to me

Food was delicious and fresh. The vodka rice balls are incredible and so cheeeeesy. Was pleasantly surprised at how good the chicken cheesesteak was & the cuts of chicken were high quality and the animal fries were so good!! Will be back soon ✨
