Kentucky Fried Chicken is one of the only restaurants that I go out of their way to make sure the needs of their customers are met and exceeded. It’s nice to be treated with kindness and patience when in o e of the locations here in Southern Illinois . Making sure each Customer is Comfortable and it’s like the staff know 90% or more of their customers by name . That says something about the quality and care of the brand as a whole . This is customer service at its finest .

Favorite KFC and I’ve been to the Orginal. This locations chicken is so good and flavorful! Great service. Just needs a better location. This area is becoming very bad. Car jacking, shootings, etc.

The food and everything was fine but I am sitting here looking at my receipt and I was charged .79 cents for the KFC Foundation this is not something that I authorized or agreed to. KFC you’re going to have a lawsuit on you for charging customers for a charity without our permission

The lady that helped was rude. My order was incorrect drinks were wrong. I had a three piece chicken tenders. The tenders were small and dry. One of my favorite I was really disappointed. I will continue to eat at KFC, just not this one.

Lousy drive-through. I ordered a Chicken wrapp combo! After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through! Guess it’s a flour burrito and a Chicken tender! That’s it!!! I paid 8.00 after tax for that ? OMG…. Don’t ever go there!

Chicken Sammie was awesome! Actually the best one I have had in a while. Fries were old, but I came for the chicken. I thought it was wierd when I asked for sauce and they charged me. I dont really care, but ketchup etc. Is free. Gent at the window did not want to be there, but I dont know many businesses not struggling with labor. Always give businesses a good rating when it is small stuff. Ratings can really effect a business and its team.
