went in there for a bite to eat- Most of the locations around Muskegon are awful, especially the one on Holton road. We will drive from Twin Lake to this location though- they have it all together! Ate inside and was there long enough to tell the manager was getting on the employees hind ends- as she should have been! I’m not sure of who her name is, if she’s the assistant manager or general manager but man she was whooping those employees into shape it was hilarious! They need her down at the Holton rd location! Food was served in a fast manner, was fresh and the employees were friendly. Finally, some good service from a McDonald’s!

McDonald’s has been a favorite place of mine since I was little however, the food isn’t always fresh. My fries tend to be warm at best most times and shakes (flurries) aren’t always available when my kids order them. As far as the drinks; I’ve noticed they have the automatic drink fillers near the drive thru but the only fill so far. I also wish they would have drink refills again for dine-in; not happy about that one at all.

When I as the customer have to come back to get 2 orders of nuggets because they weren’t in the bag and have to throw away fries because they were so under cooked then the people working there now aren’t worth 15 a hour!!

This place has the worst employees, the double drive through is an absolute joke, the two times I’ve been there this year they say “hold on a second ” after waiting for several minutes with nobody helping, someone else pulls up to the other one and gets their order taken right away. If it happened just the one time, that’s fine, it happens. It happened the last two times months apart so it’s obviously an issue.
