I came in and ordered a number for quesadilla and taco with jalapeño ranch, it took them 25 minutes to get me my food, and there was only one person in line before me. After I got my food, my taco was squished, and I didn’t have jalapeño ranch. I went back up to the register, and had to ask the cashier and the manager both for the jalapeño ranch and it still took 15 minutes. This Taco Bueno is definitely not bueno. I’ve had better service at Taco Bell and there service is known for being bad.

The location is great, and you can see it from the roadway passing by. The food was average/good, about the same as any other Taco Bueno. The facility was clean and a decent size. Seemed to be only a couple of people working there when I ordered. My wait wasn’t long, but they could use more staff. On other days I have been here there has been a wait. But it hasn’t been too bad. My order has always been correct each time. The facility seemed average. Overall I had a good experience there.

They charge me $12 for a Mexican dip and chips. The picture shows how much cheese I got. When my granddaughter realized how much they charged her it was too late, she had already left.

Decent enough restaurant visually, stopped by at 1150am for quick lunch. Entire store is staffed by 2 people during lunch rush? 35 mins later I just got my food and they shorted my order, no chips, rice , and no time to have a meal before running back to the office. Staff is using their bare bands with the food, no gloves or anything so food is likely cross contaminated. Horrible experience. Beware of this one

Every single time I come here the service is extreeeeemely slow. Right now I’ve been waiting 20 mins. Some guy walking around that works here said drive thru was super busy so that’s why I have to wait. They haven’t even started my order.

Went through the drive thru, didn’t receive all of my food that was ordered and the big freakin quesadilla that I did receive had barely any meat and cheese. Not even a squirt of sour cream which is pathetic. Tried to call the number online and the website and either no one answers or the line is busy. Very horrible and won’t ever return.
