Food cold. Ordered small french fries. Got tater tots in bottom of fries.Ask for military discount. Takes my Visa and military card inside. Receipt shows discount but also shows I paid cash and was to receive discount amount in change. Didn’t get any change and receipt doesn’t show if my card was charged and what amount I was charged!! Until I look at my account, I don’t have any idea what those kids did with my card.

Food was good overall but they did mess up my girlfriends order giving her tater tots instead of fries and the chili on the chili cheese fries kinda sucked unless you like Texas Pete canned chili bc that’s about what it tasted like. The server was polite and got us what we needed with a smile and they were really fast on delivery off our order, hardly any wait time. The oreo cheesecake malted milkshake was great as well. Overall decent place to eat.

Everytime I get chili cheese fries they skimp me on the chili and chili. So this time I ordered extra got the same amount as the normal skimping, and the tots were under cooked. This has happened multiple times at this location I do not recommend this place.

Was in the mood for a Cherry Limeade tonight. I go here regularly and the employees usually seem annoyed or as if they hate working. Being away at college, I forgot what the name of the size drink I usually order (Route 44). When he asked what my order was I said “a route 44 or route 22. Whatever it’s called.” And I laughed. He laughed as well and clearly had a sense of humor with me. When I pulled up to the window he gave me my drink and said it was on him because I forgot the name and made him laugh! The employees name was Ja’von (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name). Employees like him make me want to come back and give them my service!
