I’m not sure how this is even food. The salmon was hard. The rice tasted like it had been left out next to burnt fried things, the veggie tempura was a sweet potato, the description of the salmon teriyaki box said I would get the option of either beef potstickers, or shrimp and veggie tempura and I was forced to take the beef potstickers even though I’m pescatarian and don’t eat land meat due to digestive issues. My husband didn’t get anything from the description of his sesame chicken except for the chicken and nothing else and we didn’t get the crab cheese wontons we paid for. The food was also pretty cold and I’m definitely scared I’m going to get food poisoning so I’ll update this if I do.

Sasha is friendly and very professional. They were able to add rice noodles instead of ramen to my ginger chicken soup. The sushi portions are perfect and it’s a very clean place. Oh and the price for the quality and quantity of food is accurate.

Price creep hasn’t been as bad here as other sushi places in town. Its cheaper but the rolls aren’t as flavorful as other restaurants. The rice doesn’t have that subtle tang, the sauces seem bland. Skip the jalapeno bombs. They’re hard to eat and just taste like fried coating with raw jalapeno. The place next door is being remodeled in 2021 and is loud as heck. Not sure I’ll be back. I think there are better places in Fort Collins for just a few dollars more.

This is actually my favorite place for lunch and I know they are short staffed but I went for lunch a week ago with my husband we ordered 2 chicken teriyaki bento boxes and a scallop mix sushi we waited over an hour for our food to come out and when the waitress finally brought it out she brought us ONE sesame chicken bento (not at all what we ordered) and placed it in front of my husband no sushi no bento for me and she apologized and walked away my husband had work so he ate the mess up (he was happy) and I just sat and watched him eat because they never ever brought my food I again asked about my sushi and was brought yet another completely wrong dish!!! I was furious and very very hangry! We left enough cash on the table to cover what my husband ate and a tip and had to leave my husband was late for work and I didn’t get to eat my absolutely favorite restaurant I am still disappointed

I don’t know what’s up with all these Negative Nellies, this place is *amazing.* From the sushi to the donburi to the tempura. Every time I have been here the service has been on point, food came out in a reasonable time etc. If you are ordering “to go” then you need to temper your expectations. Especially since often times people are late picking up their orders.

Mt .Fuji is a little hidden gem twice I have ordered take out for dinner and they have exceed my expectations with fast friendly service great amount of food at a Fair prices,GO give them a try please! If you want to go just go and order at the restaurant or call that helps them out as online apps take a big %. Thanks!

I really wanted to like this place and rarely have bad reviews to give. But we went on a sunday night, there were 2 servers on staff and never more than 5 occupied tables. Service and kitchen were both slow, our server (a guy) was not attentive, and then nearly every single roll came out incorrectly. I am allergic to avocado and ordered two rolls without. Both came with avocado and one came out as maki instead of a handroll we had ordered. This is particularly ridiculous because they use those papers where you mark what you want on them, and we did that clearly marking no avocado and circling the handroll option, and then ALSO made this clear to our server, but it still came out wrong. Then we got a bonzai roll and instead of sesame seeds on top (as the menu states) it came out with this awful smoke spice all over that completely overpowered the taste of the tuna, tempura, tobiko, and sauce in the roll. I can’t describe how strong it was and I still have the taste in my mouth an hour later despite eating other food to try and mask the taste. We told our server what a poor experience it was and he apologized and blamed the kitchen but didn’t do anything to try to make it right. Not even like a free dessert or comping the rolls that were made wrong. $80+ for a really subpar meal.

This is one of my favorite places in town, and my girlfriend and I are regulars of sorts at this point. Always a very friendly atmosphere. They have really good lunch/dinner boxes that are a mix of things that is a really perfect amount of food, although I almost always get sushi here. Always great quality, has been since I first went 10 years ago, and I would always recommend it

We really enjoy Mt Fuji for all of our Japanese favorites. The restaurant has tea tables and a little sushi bar for when you dine in, but take out is good too.
