My husband arrived 2 minutes before they opened, got in line and was informed that they were still closed and was told to get away from the order line because the kid could still hear him on the mic. I told my husband to leave and go to McDonald’s as I feared he would put something in our food. Get rid of the attitude kid… it’s called Customer Service. My husband would have politely waited the additional few minutes.

Every time we order here the food is warm and delicious. All of the staff here are super nice, and they almost always have a smile on their faces, which some restaurants around the area don’t have. Their staff member Corey is especially nice and awesome, he’s a super friendly guy and always makes our food wonderfully.

Got my order wrong twice so had to have the cook come ask me what my order was….(2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits). That was too hard for the person taking my order. Then, within about 20 minutes I got to have possibly THE WORST experience of my life at a gas station restroom. Yup. I went there. It couldn’t have gone worse.

I have never eaten at a better Burger King. I travel through once and week and was very hesitant to stop as the ones in my town are all horrible. I have been here on five separate occasions and each and every time it has been perfect. The service is amazing, the food is hot, fresh and just as it’s described. I have a eating here several times over the past 4 months. food is always fresh the people are always nice. I am very picky but they always fix food the way I want it. sometimes we have to wait for our food for a couple of minutes but it’s because they’re so busy or they are cooking it fresh which I appreciate. keep up the great work.

Random is the best way to describe the place. Usually clean and quick service but double check your order. Last night was way off. They even marked a burger as no mustard but put it on anyway; not a good move. We even ordered at the counter to go with worse results than normal. Other than that the food is good and they are friendly (unlike most other BKs in the area). This is the only BK I will go to in Dane county.
