I placed an order for 2 medium pizzas that took over two hours to receive, I placed the order at 3:40 it arrived at 5:36. I called one hour in when tracking has progressed and was informed it would be another 20-30 minutes before they’d start cooking the order due to shortage of drivers. When the order arrived was incorrect and burnt. This is unacceptable

I ordered 53 pizzas for a youth group pizza party. The team was great getting them ready. They were cutting and boxing the last few when I showed up 5 minutes early. The helped load them and I wad ready to go in just a few minutes. Many thanks to the crew for making our event a success.

Each time we ordered delivery the order was delivered wrong. Last time I ordered chicken bacon ranch that was supposed to come with to.atoes and onions on thin crust. I got a hand-tossed chicken with beef with toppings only on about half of the dough and the wrong size. If you call to let them know your only option is wait another hour and a half for a remake, return entire order for refund or get a credit for next order, which will likely be wrong, plus it has to be used in only a week. And they really don’t care. Do not waste your time or money. Can’t believe corporate doesn’t check on locations since it is the company name being ruined

Well, we used to order pizza from here for work. They left us for over an hour without the pizza we ordered and when we called the manager (we think it was Mary), she answered in a monotone voice that seemed like she had something personal against us. Like it was weird, weird. She didn’t even say sorry. She said nothing more than it’d be a little longer. We’ll definitely find someone else because it’s too inconvenient for them to serve us here.
