We ordered the new Chicken Nuggets with fries and a drink. Came up to over $20+ for just 2 meals with no extras. The restaurant is 3-4 minutes from our house and we went straight home after having to wait for our food by pulling up in the drive thru having someone bring us our order. Wasn’t a big issue because we figured out food would be hot and fresh. We get home, set down to eat, and our food was COLD!! Very disappointed because we really believed that the reason we had to wait a little longer for our food was due to either the fries finishing cooking or the nuggets finishing cooking. Well we were totally wrong because our food tasted like it had been setting out for quite a while. I couldn’t finish my fries cause I hate cold, soggy fries. I had to reheat my nuggets just to be able to eat them. Even the biscuits were cold…. I can’t believe how small a “large fry and large drink” is for as much as we paid for it to be a large. This was the first time for me eating at this KFC location but I definitely will not be going back to that location even though it is the closest one to my house. SMDH…. Really poor food service!!

Their prices are deceiving they claim they are not part of the kfc franchise but on their online menu they use franchise pricing. For instance, if you click on the menu and look at the 8 piece family fill up its $20.00. Truly it’s about $8 more. They are aware of the problem yet they do not fix thisvdiscrepancy! Simple fix, create your own website with accurate pricing!

I went to this location with a coworker. Walking into the establishment it was very clean and inviting looking. The woman at the counter was friendly and good at her job. I believe she was a manager. Our food was pretty quick to arrive, and it was good. I used the bathroom, and it was also clean. Good job KFC!

It might have just been an off day, but normally the spicy chicken sandwich from KFC is usually the best in the business, but it was meh here. But what was even more disappointing is they used to have awesome popcorn chicken, tiny little bites seasoned perfect in a large container like a small bucket of popcorn, but now they are just apparently chicken nuggets about the same as any other fast food place. Since they asked how many pieces instead of small, medium, or large means this one wasn’t just an off day. I hope they can reclaim what they lost because it’s just sad if they don’t.

I ordered the 3-piece meal, and the chicken was dry and looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday and sold today, and the biscuit was very stale and hard and it broke in pieces when I tried to add butter on it. The lady who took my order at the drive-thru did not seem to care about her job either.

WORST EVER KFC I EVER BEEN!!! UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. ALWAYS STEEP YOU WITH YOUR CASH CHANGES AND FOOD! Just watch out with all your order and transaction in their drive thru! Everytime I ordered chicken I always asked for white meat (willing to pay extra) but they never give it to you. And this is the 3rd time…. As well as the change as I paid cash never given correctly. It’s very sad that Abilene only have this location near me. Only 2 KFC in the entire town

So I didn’t get my correct order I was not going back through for the 3rd time. Then they said there was only 2 people working today still no reason to be rude. The girl in the drive through was so rude and they are letting there child make her own drinks at the window while we were waiting for our food I took pictures so I could post them to show corporate how things were going at this location. So girl in the drive through get a different job if you don’t like this one. And make sure your giving the right food to the right people.
