Oddly long wait time for raw chicken. Took a bite into the chicken and it was completely raw on the inside. Took 45 minutes for them to grill some chicken even though we were one of the few people there(I wonder why) After I showed them the raw chicken they offered to cook it through. No not a refund. Not a new meal. Don’t give these people business

Hands down- the best burger I’ve ever had! Please forgive me, but I’ve nicknamed “The Dexter”, which is an amazing burger with bacon, “The Crackburger”, because I am addicted!! A huge shout out to Rose, the owner, who is always there to make sure things are running smoothly and has a wonderful, witty way about her!

I’m giving this place two stars because it seems like a cool establishment But, when I walked in being the only black person there, it was like the music stopped. That happens often (i do a lot of traveling)but in this case, I never got that comforting feeling that you get when everyone gets over it. No it was just eerie feeling the whole time. So then I recognized the main person, giving me that feeling also worked for the bar even though he was sitting at the bar. He went behind the bar and refilled some things.

Terrific service our waitress was the best we’ve had in a long time! Not only did she warmly greet us immediately upon our arrival; the entire time she was attentive to our table. Wonderful views from the lake if you are eating on the deck. Affordable prices and clean bathroom, especially if you have children. Overall great experience and will continue to go back!

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in a restaurant since moving to Maine 1 year ago and we have tried many many restaurants all over the state! The service was really good. The woman was super nice, attentive and kind. I had the Fish and Chips and can say without a doubt it was the best Fish I’ve ever had in my life. I mentioned to the waitress how much I loved it and she told me fresh fish was delivered there daily which I love that!

The food typically takes an extra few minutes to make it to the table… however it’s pretty good, though better of just about anything on the menu is available just down the road in the same town for less money. They do have a great view from the deck, and you can mostly sit wherever you want.

Probably one of the most affordable establishments in this community, portion sizes old fashioned, like your sitting down to eat with truck drivers.Great atmosphere and ambiance inside, whether your in the dining room, or bar, and it’s like a little slice of heaven sitting out on the deck over looking the lake. Hard working family owned and managed which also adds to the beauty of the entire place.
