Always excellent!!! I usually have the salmon & shrimp hibachi with rice and vegetables, with generous amounts of yum yum sauce, along with clear soup. And I usually have the Philly roll, which is sushi with avocado, cream cheese and salmon, with yum yum sauce as well. Friendly staff!!! 5 out of 5 stars.

My son and I enjoy Japanese Express, it’s his favorite place for sushi. The clear soup is excellent. He enjoys the cucumber and avocado rolls, and I like the rest of the sushi, especially the shrimp tempura roll. We don’t eat from the grill, we just never have. It is usually quiet there and I find it a bit dark.

Very slow on cooking when the place was empty. Chicken was bland and rubbery. Steak was decent but unseasoned. Fried rice was burned. Price was expensive for the quality of food. Soup was an embarrassment as it had a single mushroom in it and tasted like chicken stock out of a box.

I will never buy food from this place ever again. This review will probably be taken down because of how negative it is but if you order food you sort of expect it to what you order and actually freash. Thr food tastes like it has been cooked days ago and was missing all the vegetables but broccoli. I called and explained how my food was and the manager acted as if I had the issue. Unfortunately I had to rate this place of business with one star and I could not give them no stars.This place has lost my business forever.

The food wasn’t bad but not the best either. In fact I was loving my sushi and portion sizes until I had a cockroach walk right into my yum yum sauce. Hoping it was a stray, but there was def a fat German cockroach IN my food. Lost my appetite and couldn’t even salvage my leftovers.

This place is so good. You get a lot of food for a reasonable price. I used to go here at least one a week, but had to stop when I realized how much money I was spending eating here . Their secret sauce is amazing and can be eaten with most of the food. They even sale it in containers of you can’t get enough.

The regular food was alright, but the sushi we got was so bad we couldn’t eat it. It tasted like it was sat out in the heat for a couple days. It even smelled bad.
