The crew had good attitudes. The pizza was good as usual. The food was ready when I arrived although the pizza seemed to have cooled a little bit. No parking, so you will have to try your best to get in and out or street parking which is metered.

Ordered delivery (2 pizzas) to my hotel on Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Friday night after the show, it was about 1:15 am. The restaurant did not answer the phone when I called multiple times for confirmation after the prep countdown thing stopped moving at 1:38 while they “check the order” or confirm or whatever. The pizzas arrived at 3:45. I had to be at my best friend’s baby shower the following day, and the experience this domino’s location provided was so bad it ruined my Saturday, bc now I had the guilt of not being at my best for my best friend, because I didn’t get enough sleep. My order was “being delivered” (or whatever the gps tracker thing calls it, for like 45 minutes. It’s only a 15 minute walk at most, but the delivery driver seemed to idk, stop and catch up with everyone they were delivering to? for 10-15 minutes per stop. Should have just walked over myself, and picked it up. At least my 2 and a half hours old pizza was made right, and they did give me a refund when I called the following day to let them know.

If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered wings for lunch. I placed a online order. I called to confirm the order and kept getting hung up on. When I finally arrived to get my order, there were only 2 people working in this Dominos, a guy who seemed to be overwhelmed and nervous and a lady. I got back to my desk after walking to get this chicken… The chicken looked uncooked and there was not enough sauce on the chicken. It was the worse lunch ever!!!! Never again!

This is the WORST. Such a let down. transparency would have helped a lot. If you can’t “DELIVER” your services please just communicate that to your customers. No matter what “job” you take on, you should always hold integrity and fulfill your duty. Complete disregard of all that counts and matters. It’s just pizza. Or is it? Zero stars if I could. (I’ve been in customer service for 20 years) Just disappointed.

The people that work here are great. They’re incredibly understaffed and I’m mad at domino’s for that. But I’ve had wonderful interactions with delivery drivers and the staff over the phone. Super quick but sometimes it gets way too busy for 2 people to handle. cut them some slack

Terrible. Ordered and 90 minutes later still no delivery to the hotel that was less than 1/2 mile away. No answer on phone when tried to call 6x. No way to get a refund for the trouble or lack of delivery without contacting the local store, which won’t answer the phone. @dominospizza what gives?
