Excellent food and great service. Some if the other customers were waiting a long time for their food but ours came very quickly. The Fresh Peach salad was very good.

The place is fine, with good service. The food for what it aims could be better, In my opinion the cook is a great at Mexican dishes (the tamales were outstanding by far the best we had), and could focus on doing high Mexican cuisine, but when getting to pure European it´s kind of mediocre. The duck was dry, the lamb stiff, and the sides of both were a little tasteless.

Great ambiance in the garden outside seating. We had large group of 9. Service and food flawless. It’s been two years since I wrote my original review. Just went back last week with the same group and had an even more incredible experience. I’ve become one of those odd ducks who only eats whole foods that are plant-based so basically vegan but more so. We called ahead since there was nothing on the menu that I could eat and the chef prepared a meal for me. It was one of the best dinners I’ve had in my life. The flavors exploded. The textures were varied and sublime. when the chef came out to see how our meal was I couldn’t be more effusive in my praise.

Nice place to have dinner. Good staff and service, appropriate vine selection, interesting dishes. Place to come back if you are staying longer in Ketchum.

Classically wonderful cuisines surrounded in a garden atmosphere. Chose a bottle or wine by the glass. Did someone say dessert? Try a dessert wine or one of the wonderful varieties of sweets offers on menu

I eat at a lot of restaurants because I am in the food industry, and this is by far one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Service and food were top notch. Chef Rodrigo is the man!

Best Restaurant in Sun Valley. Actually one of the best in the country. The owner Rod has done it right. Try lunch outside during summer.

Intimate outdoor garden dining. friendly service. We enjoyed the appetizers (crab cakes and burrata. the Cajun oyster was a little over seasoned).

Vintage is a quaint very small cottage with excellent food, a terrific wine list, and great service. We unfortunately were seated in-between two large parties, one of eight and the other of ten, and spent most of the evening looking at each other as the noise level exceeded a crowded elementary school lunch room by dozens of decibels. What should have been a nice fine dining experience with intimate conversation was very much akin to an evening listening to fingers scrapping across a chalkboard. Patrons were conversing at what could be considered nearly shouting. As Vintage requires a $100 per person non-refundable deposit; for those of us where $100 means something, walking out was impossible. Given this policy I would urge Vintage to reconsider inside seating for parties larger than six, ever. This establishment is too small to accommodate large parties without affecting the experience of the other customers. If we had wanted a pub atmosphere there are several other options we could have chosen from. We did manage to have fun, but this experience was not worth the money spent.

This is probably our new favorite restaurant in Idaho, and we eat out at nice restaurants often, everywhere between Boise to Sun Valley. My husband said his prime sirloin steak was one of the best steaks he’s ever had, and I had a trout special which was the best trout dish I’d ever had (with panang curry). Soup was amazing and the salads are always unique, flavorful, and spectacular. I love a good salad and theirs are the best! We also had dessert and the homemade ice cream is devine. We’ll be back often even though it’s a 2 hour drive for us to get there!
