Disappointed with this place. I’m from the St. Louis area, we have a place called Jack-in-the-box from the outside we were thinking it might be a sister company. Not the case, which was not a big deal, it was a fried chicken type place. The girl that took our order was nice. There were 6 of us, everyone ordered some sort of chicken. I ordered a cheese burger. The gentleman that was preparing our food questioned me why would I order a cheeseburger. As if I was not supposed to. The dining area was totally gross. Trash in the floor food, napkins, all over the floor and tables. I asked one of the workers if they could wipe one of the tables they said they would but never did. There were about 15 flys around us as we were eating. The place was very cold. Also noticed black mold on the ceiling

I used the restroom (Men’s room). Then I ordered. But I washed my hands prior to ordering. I could’ve waited to wash my hands after I ordered, but the food came quickly. Everything was delicious. The truth is the restroom was kinda dirty but I didn’t want to say anything about it. But the food was definitely excellent.

We went thru the drive-thru, the girl that took our order was super nice and friendly. We drove on up to the window, our order was ready, and both girls inside were very pleasant and courteous. It was so refreshing to get that kind of attention and service. You should check it out.

Didn’t get to try the food. Tried to order a 30 piece of wings and was told that they didn’t have enough. Once I tried to order a smaller order I was informed that they were out of wings. Funny, because a friend of mine ordered an 8 piece a few mins after. Hard to belive how sorry, lazy, and inconsiderate fast food establishments have become.

Lemme just say this I’ve gone here ever since they first opened here in linden and it’s gone downhill every single female worker that is working there as of right now is just down right rude and horrible I went through the drive through because it takes for ever in side halfway before I was done speaking this lady goes please pull down to the next window and then I finished she got an attitude and then I get down to the window and ask for ranch she goes you should’ve said something down there at the menu and then she proceeded to snatch my bag out of my hand goes and gets ranch throws it in the back and then hands it back to me and I’m not coming back untill they get there staff under control

We came in during the Chilly Fest to grab some supper for our daughter and this Jack’s was great. Very clean, very friendly staff and even though the line was long the service was pretty quick considering the crowd and the food was hot. If we’re back in Linden and need food we’ll definitely swing by and eat here again!
