Customer service here is awesome! Everyone is friendly and food is always fresh! This place is always clean. I really love this location, it’s my favorite place to stop after work on my way home.

I love bud’s, but last month you can see some real chilli cheese fries I got there. Compare that to the sad picture of the more recent chilli cheese fries I got there. I think staffing issues are the main culprit, with the solution being paying a decent wage. If chikfila can recruit and pay their staff this place should be able to do the same.

I’ve eaten here at this new location 3x before this last experience with much better results but nothing exceptional. In July I had lunch at Bud’s Broiler on Canal Blvd. From waiting in the short line to receiving my food was over 55 minutes just for a burger. The burger patty didn’t taste right and it was cut in half. The staff was different from the staff a month before. Service was super slow and they didn’t seem to care about the people waiting on orders; no sense of urgency. A lady working behind the counter was rude to another customer waiting to pick-up their order. It was very poor service and sketchy. Definitely not the Bud’s of years ago. This last experience left me not wanting to return.

This location is very clean. Parking lot is on the north side and wraps around to the east side of the building. The burgers are hot, fresh and good. The fries are the shoestring type. They have the good ice, the small chunks.

Food is good but this is the third time I’ve tried to stop by only for them to be closed because they can’t keep staff. Not worth the trouble when you have no idea if they’ll actually be open or not.

You can sit inside or outside. Several bus lines stop in this area, you can even catch the streetcar. The food’s pretty good but if you pay with a card they add an additional fee to your bill.

The food’s always been good and the shop is clean and very nice, but they need better hours. Closing at 4pm just doesn’t cut it. There are many times when I’ve thought to come here for dinner or later at night but they’re closed.

What an amazing New Orleans icon Buds Broiler is. Been going here since I was a small child and have to say they just get better and better. New burger called the Big Bud has brisket and the burger is sirloin. Hickory smoked sauce you have to try it on at least one item it is great.

Meh. Free work lunch. Sandwich wasn’t short on sauce. Sticky tables like Waffle House. Can’t say I got a large order of onion rings.
