So I ordered chicken wings and told the waitress how I want for drumsticks and for the other ones. And she said yeah that’s how they’re supposed to come. So we get our nice hot fries my toddler gets for pasta and 34 minutes later apparently the manager makes it clear that he’s worked for for 25 years. Which means nothing to me. The server brings out the wings and I now have cold fries to go with my wings. And let’s just say my kids been ready to go. Anyways, what a disappointment. I’ll be dealing with corporate. I work for Grottos back in the night. I get there short and even my business I can’t get employees. But at least take a percent off the bill. Literally caught fries with wings just isn’t cool at all.

Everything is normally very very good here. However the last time we went there was trouble. Somebody in the kitchen wasn’t paying attention and our pizzas came out before the french fries. So by the time the kids and everybody had a slicer to a pizza the fries were cold and nobody likes cold fries so that was pretty much a waste of money.

I just happened to stop here as I was traveling. The service was awesome. My server didn’t know much about drinks so she got the bartender to come over to my table to tell me a little more. I thought that was pretty cool. The bartender was sweet and explain some of the drinks on the menu. My server took my order, food came out hot and pretty quick. I enjoy was personal pizza with green peppers and onions..it was delicious! Overall great experience, attentive and patient staff. I would return!

I had my husband order me a slice of pizza to bring home for me for dinner. I just been diagnosed with cancer so I really didn’t feel like eating put. What I got was just horrible! It was a sliced of burnt dried up greasy slice of pepperoni pizza . I ate what I could and threw the rest out. Never again will I order anything from this restaurant! Now it’s 4 in the morning and I am sick ad a dog! The health dept may be interested in hearing about this!!

Nice Pizza restaurant with a unique taste. We had the Loaded Sidewinder appetizer, Large Pizza and Gelato for desert. This particular location has a military themed dining room with Air Forcd photos on the walls. Prices were good and the server was good. The downside was the experience when we arrived. No one to greet us and we had to find someone at the pickup counter to seat us. No greeter. Good place to relax and enjoy dinner.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese- my cheese tasted sour or sharp like it had gone bad and I guess when you order extra cheese you don’t get sauce because there was none. The workers at the counter were more interested in seeing who was not going to wait on us rather than who was- and the person who did ring us up, did not know how- but had to get help from someone and just left us standing there without explaining. I will not be going back to this Grotto’s nor will I recommend it to anyone- stick with the BEACH- Camden Grottos is not for me!

Camden Grottos….bartender is also waiter, but bar customers apparently are first and foremost. Got our appetizer with no plates or utensils. Went to get plates and utensils, bit didn’t have any clean ones. Well, won’t be back here fr a long while….

I really enjoy Grotto’s Pizza! I’ve been to several locations and this one also provided fast and friendly service. In light of the pandemic, we ordered our pizza to go. I showed up early, paid for my pizza, and went out to my car to wait. They quickly came outside and brought me my Pizza even though I told them I’d come back in. Greatly appreciated this extra effort on their part!
