The manager is an awesome person who works really hard.I have been com here daily but because of the service I had to find a new place. I understand if it’s their busy time in the morning, it’s not unreasonable to wait 10 minutes through the drive through. But it doesn’t matter the drive through is a disaster, the wait and NO greeting, really seldom do they say anything.! All staff needs to be trained in the customer service(hello, yes/no, thank you)manners go a long way.

They gave me a different drink & when I told them nicely it wasn’t my drink they gave me attitude then gave me an entire different flavored latte with flat whip cream. Very unprofessional and lazy. Don’t even bother wasting your money. Always an issue when I decide to go. The drive thru is just convenient

He is a great mentor because the entire staff seems to followed his pleasing positive attitude. Its about time! Hopefully they will reward staff for their awesome customer behavior.
