I know airport food is overpriced! This is stupid for what you get…turkey club comes with no lettuce, tomato, or cheese. Unless you ask for specifically when you order… ♂️ Don’t get me started on the premade salads. Wilted and brown they are not fresh and toppings are minimal at best. Save yourself the money and starve.

Tomato soup was decent, but overpriced. The cashier was dismissive, and all the staff were chatting and taking their time with the orders. My soup took about 30 seconds to prepare, but I waited 10 minutes for them to get around to it.

The flunky up front didn’t acknowledge us for over two minutes and we should have known what was in for us. My burger was so well done I didn’t even recognize it was beef. The beef was the same color as ground chicken-really! Oddly enough, there was no caramelization on the burger. This is an old restaurant trick. Cook/“sandbag” a grill’s worth of burgers and put them in a pan of hot water. It was so disgusting. I’ve been going to Friendly’s since the 90s and I’m sad (given the company’s current circumstances and my FL address) this is going to be my last visit.

This was the most disgusting rip off. $45 wasted for 2 breakfast melts. I had a grilled cheese with 1 piece of cheese on it!!!! One piece…..it was basically bread. The home fries were waffle fries cooked in old crusty grease. The guy was unfriendly and kept sitting on the counter. The place was gross. Do not waste your money and eat here.

Got the crispy chicken wrap. Chicken was not crispy. More like frozen sandwich grilled in a panini. Lettuce and tomatoes were soggy. Wrap fell apart it was so soggy. Terrible for $14.99.

Would have given negative stars if google offered that as an option. Had a horrible experience. Under staffed, did not have items listed on the menu. Food was given to about 4 customers that came after me first and then as my order was called it was given to someone else with out checking their receipt. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Find another place; there are better options in this terminal. The French fries are good, but the sandwiches are made with very little love, definitely nothing better than you would make yourself at home. Bottled water at $4.50 is a rip-off. Staff isn’t particularly friendly, either.

Menu doesn’t state what comes on the burgers. Argued with the cashier about not being able to eat bacon after being served a burger with bacon. Should have been a simple fix as I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a burger with no bacon.
