So I always drove around Elsa and saw that they had a Chinese place but never got to try until today. Well I thought it would be good but turns out it wasn’t good as I thought. The rice had no taste and smelled burnt, noddles tasted like a bunch of oil. The broccoli beef was dry and the only thing that was ok was the orange chicken. I don’t think I’ll ever go back! OH and the customer service is terrible, the girl was very rude and looked like she had an attitude.

Place used to be a hit or miss. Now it’s a straight miss. Would not recommend. After 1 year of being a frequent customer, I had enough. I am now driving 40-50min away from Elsa just to get good service and good food.

Used to love going to this place. As of lately the customer service is horrible. I drove all the way from Edinburg ordered an Elsa roll. The cream cheese in the roll was expired it had a horrible smell and taste. I drive back from Edinburg to exchange my food only to be received with the most horrible service ever I was told next time I didn’t “like” my food they wouldn’t exchange it. So basically they wanted me to get food poisoning from spoiled cream cheese and say thank you. Never going back.

Looks can be deceiving The chicken was super desert dry. We hadn’t been in a while and it was so disappointing. I told the waitress about the problem but she just shrugged me off. I should’ve walked out after the rude waitress got mad at me for waking to the counter.

They make really really good sushi and I wouldn’t normally put a 1 star but I had the worst experience.. I forgot the name of the sushi I love I’m a regular ..one of the girls their is really nice and helpful but had another the day I went and she was rude didn’t care to even help I kept telling her the sushi I liked had this and this and u make it fried she’s like well I need a name I’m like can u help me it comes with this and this she’s like no the list is their just so rude and I told her never mind I’m not taking anything she’s like ok and closed the drive thru window just terrible won’t be going bck ..

The food sucks, especially the lo mein. The shrimp, beef, and chicken was decent. But the lo mein was the worst. We paid 50¢ for each to go plate and extra for the sauce.

Got banned for paying with $100 , story is simple I made an order tried paying with a hundred they didn’t have change, I didn’t have any else to pay with and so they told me since I didn’t pay for it they banned me but yet I was paying for it it’s not my fault they didn’t have change.

I dont usually like to be a karen but i feel like a review needed to be posted but lady with glasses and a tattoo on her face doesnt know what customer service is since she ignored me on the register when i was speaking to her by being on her phone annd when i asked her for the fort cookie she basically threw me it .. along with plates to go .. use to be a good place to go but this changed my mind 🙂 along with drinkswith no gas and bad attitudes these employees have !
