Quite delicious Duck Curry and Duck Noodle. We started with Tod Mun Pla but have a bag in the freezer at home with the exact fish cake. The duck was cooked well, perhaps 2oz in my curry and my wife’s noodles were slightly more at about 3oz. The veggies were flavorful, fresh and diverse with a medley of squash, mushrooms and pineapple. The host was gracious and kind, making a Thai iced coffee to order unsweetened.

What a friggin’ delight, across the board. Fresh rolls in rice paper had beautiful greens and tofu with a sweet, rich sauce. Satisfying without being filling. Massam yellow curry was like a cozy tuck-in, with purple potatoes, cabbage, carrots, and broccoli & cauliflower that was perfectly al dente. Lemongrass green tea tied the room together. Will def be back.

Incredibly delicious Thai food! We ordered the massaman chicken curry and signature fried rice with chicken. In case you are Muslim, the chicken meat they serve is halal. We will definitely be back.

Decent sized portions. Service was severely understaffed. Dishes not being taken off the tables. Menus reflect old prices. The self proclaimed “head chef” told me the menus were not updated since 2014 and that’s why an additional cost for prawns is not $1 as the menu reflects but $3.5… really? She eventually didn’t charge but just because I checked. Most people don’t.

I went on a dinner date on a Sunday evening and eating at Maikham was a positive experience. The waitress was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious, and served quickly after ordering. There are a variety of plant-based options for vegetarians which was nice. The atmosphere was welcoming and well lit. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Best Thai in Bellingham! The space is modern yet cozy with some beautiful art on the walls. Food is very authentic with a balance of flavors and not at all oily. Are dishes are very fresh and served hot. Quantities are generous and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Both indoor and outdoor seating available.

The Phad KraPow was special; unlike any other that I’ve had at other Thai restaurants, not sure if that is due to the Laotian influence but so delicious! Got mine spicy and it was mildly spicy as far as Thai level spiciness goes. They only take phone orders for takeout currently due to issues w/ Grubhub. Love supporting this wonderful female owned business.

We had great experience dining at Maikham Thai run by chef Usa Nee. We ordered 6 dishes and they were all really tasty and different from each other (unlike some other places where same sauce is used in two different dishes). The dessert was equally amazing. She herself served us and shared about her culinary experiences. We would highly recommend this to all food lovers.

New restaurant, nice food. Not outstanding- a B grade as one table mate put it. We had : Duck Noodles – bit bland but nice, a green curry which was nicely spiced, and a Phad dish with beef which was rated good (7/10).
