I waited in an empty place without being greeted for at least 5 minutes. Just standing there. The area you order your food from was disgusting! Food everywhere! Then to make matters worse.. there were 2 employees running out into the parking lot to confront a customer whom they had a negative interaction with. The young men (employees) were cursing and carrying on the entire time I was there. This place is run by children and they need leadership present. The only reason this review has any stars is because the young lady who finally helped me was polite and well mannered. I’ll never come back here

This place is horrible. Two different orders back to back. I didn’t even complain Thursday night, decided not to after I figured it was an “off” night. Then tonight got basically the same. Half the toppings not on the bowls at all barely any rice. Tonight’s chips were so greasy they were rubber. Call Yosemite if you need good Mexican in Springfield.

Go to Qdoba down the street. All the negative reviews are true. Waited in line for 5 min for them to say there was no brown rice and it would be 20 min. What a waste of time. They need to do better.

Just went into Chipotle. There was literally like 10 employees, and only two patrons including myself. Nobody would even acknowledge the patrons and they were all just standing around looking at each other. Really weird. I just walked out. Doesn’t look like they want business.
