Wife ordered donuts and 2 croissant sandwiches at the drive thru. Got home no sandwiches. Drove back went inside asked for her 2 sandwiches they handed her the bag got home 1 sandwich. This is either total incompetence or deliberate action to cheat customers and especially the elderly. I absolutely would not spend a dime here.

Sadly the Copperas Cove Dunkin’ doesn’t ever have anything that’s featured on their own menu (not even normal donuts). My family has visited this location more than a few times and each time they are out of items we’ve wanted to order. I’m guessing poor management perhaps? Customer service has been fine, just can’t order anything because they’ll be out of it. 🙁

Had to repeat myself 3 times and the guy at the drive thru couldn’t get my order right. His eyes were bloodshot and low. I asked for a simple sugar free drink and i got one overloaded with sugar. I would have been better off throwing my money in the trash since I cant drink it now.

New clean location! Service was prompt, quick and friendly which was exactly what we expected. The Interior and exterior of this location were clean. Our breakfast sandwiches were good, and then iced coffee was even better!

My husband would get a coffee every morning when they first opened, now he goes once a week of that because he says the coffee doesn’t taste the same like if they don’t have a recipe to follow so sometimes it would to sweet or not enough suger, water with no flavor. Also their slow at getting your order to you

Ok ok ok.. Gotta say this, I am an old school person, walked into this MODERN and clean Dunkin and was pleasantly pleased. Coffee original.. Perfect, I felt hungry and decided to try a sandwich, crosant with egg, sausage and cheese.. Perfect soooo gotta have a, glazed donut, now these are smaller then olden days but what isn’t, you don’t need a donut,the size of a small loaf of bread to satisfy. Taste was awesome. I left,more then satisfied after,my very first visit. PS, wasn’t time for ice cream but I’ll be back for Baskin Robbins.
