We ordered take out from the store directly. The food portions were a little small, but the quality of the food was great overall. We had the mixed grill and I ordered an extra side of shrimp. It was barely enough to feed two people but it was good quality and I would totally come again. The location is clean and the people are friendly also.

Honestly this burger is the best in Augusta. They don’t even have eat in service and i continue to come here time after time for these burgers!!! You can really taste how different it is, highly recommend. Hubby agrees.

I really like their food and service with a smile. The quality of the food is really good. I have had their cheese steak twice and it the taste and quality was consistent. Their burgers are nice and thick but not dry. The burgers have a charbroiled flavor and some people like that and some don’t but the burgers are good quality and not the cheap thin “meat” patties that you get at all of the traditional fast food places. I don’t know if I’m eating beef at some of these places. Steak-Out actually looks and tastes like beef. The prices are reasonable especially if you just order the special for the day. I’m getting really really picky about where I eat now because everyone is cutting too many corners to stay in business. I rather pay slightly more to get great quality than to pay less and eat somebody’s roadkill, .

Chop steak is better than you’d expect. Food has always been delivered hot and on time. People have always been nice on the phone. I’ve seen bad reviews so wanted to share that I haven’t had that experience so far. I’m kind of picky, just so you know.

I usually don’t do reviews but we ordered delivery, 2 steaks with baked potatoes and salad!!! I have to say this was some excellent food, cooked the way I wanted it and hot! Now I have to also say that the customer service was excellent as well, even the driver was great!! This is hard for a lot of restaurants. GOOD for you Steak Out team!!

Lunch today was my first time at Steak-Out and I am so impressed by the fantastic customer service! I did my order online with no troubles or hassles. When I got back to the office to eat, my food was still hot and so delicious, without being bland or over seasoned. I had the chopped steak with mushroom gravy yum yum! I wish I had gotten the employee’s name that greeted me; I was greeted by name and felt so welcome and taken care of I will most certainly be back!

I give them a 3/5 because back home we have a steak out and it smacks everytime! When I went here I order everything the exact same…Ribeye sandwich medium with chips and sweet tea and slice of cheesecake. When I arrived I got the tea but not the famous plastic cup bc they charge $1.00 extra and I was already paying $24 so I was like nah I’ll skip it. Then I get home and open the box and the bread is some weird looking hoagie bun and not the delicious hamburger bun with sesame seeds. My food was also semi cold too after a 10 minute drive home. So yes they get a 3/5.

Customer service is a lost art really but ever now and then you find people who practice customer service and are good at it. In the service industry like restaurants I expect at a minimum good customer service. The manager George and all his staff and coworkers strive to provide great customer service. I am very touched also by yhe employs remeberance of their customers. My son’s mother normally picked up the food from steak out sadly my ex wife passed away October 10 unexpectedly. George knew exactly who she and my child were and offered his condolences. I hope the owner of steak out knows what a valuable Manager George is and as of this posting thos is the 3rd time we ordered food from steak out . We have plenty of choices to get food but because of George and all the staff at steak out is why I have returned so many times this week but the food is also delicious and the baked beans are best in town IMO they are better than any supposed BBQ restaurants beans. Thank you George and staff at steak out.

This is the best place in Augusta to eat. Order T-bone steak was made perfect. Took me three hours before I can bring my food home and it was still hot and fresh like it just came out the oven. Customer service was excellent. Was greeted at the door and was made sure everything that I need it was taken care of.
