Have dined in and ordered delivery. Dine in was good. Nicer servers, though we had to remind them to bring parts of our order. Chicken is good too. For some reason, this location is incredibly stingy with the sauce, though! At this location they must be rationing, because we have often gotten wings with one tiny drip of sauce. It wasn’t until I went to alternate locations that I realized how much better the wings could be when properly sauced! Too bad.

1 star is being generous….this place had the worst chicken. Usually I don’t write bad reviews, but this food was disappointing. The chicken was so dry it was hard to eat and the texture of everything felt like it was cooked hours earlier, then microwaved before being served to us. The interior looked great and welcoming and we wanted to give this place a try, but once we tasted the food, it was so disappointing. The seasoned fries tasted old, won’t be coming back.

Outside of a strip mall that requires your undivided attention when arriving from the east, Bonchon follows a consistent theme of average service and tasty food at good prices. I’d recommend ordering the food online instead of dining in since this area is short-staffed.

The best thing there is the restroom and the soap, smell good. The rest was terrible. The attitude of the servers were bad. They didn’t want to serve us at all. Other tables had radish kimchi for the fried chicken, but they didn’t give it to us. The food tasted nothing. Bibimbab didn’t taste anything. We asked for exchange. After few times asking, they changed it with the fried rice, which was so salty. The chicken is ok, 2/5. And they even charged 20% for tips on the bill. I would love to give them tips for their work, but it was bad experience. Our first time and never come back. Not recommended at all. Doesn’t taste like Korean food. Servers were bad and racist. 0/5 for the experience.

The food is wonderful! The seasoned fries are smooth and crunchy while the boneless chicken is flavorful with a good amount of spiciness. Their Bul Dak is a great fusion between Asian and American cuisine. It is spicy and they did a good job of incorporating mozarella cheese in it. My friend also loved the half and half chicken wings (spicy and mild)that I got! Their spicy wings were well seasoned with a hint of sweetness while their mild wings were sweet (almost like barbecue) with a right amount of seasoning on them. Their vibe is totally upbeat and friendly. Would definitely go here again!

YUM! Korean fried chicken is delicious and Bonchon Chicken is no exception. All food that I ordered was hot and fresh: Half & Half (Soy garlic and Spicy) and Korean Tacos. The restaurant was a little dirty, the service was slow, and the restaurant appeared to be under staffed. I myself enjoy spicy food typically at a Medium high/High heat level and the spicy wings here definitely fall into the High heat range so be warned. I think if Bonchon provided the ability to chose a heat level it would take it to the next level as the spicy wing flavor is very good. 4.0 (5.0)

I’ve been going here for years but service is inconsistent. I took my family there recently and we tried the other foods but they came a little burnt and the Korean tacos were very salty. Otherwise the soy garlic wings are generally the best to get.

Often times when I order bonchon it is both near closing and I am very hungry. My order is always taken professionally and the food is fresh and delicious, without fail. The owner tries his best to make you feel valued and even gives specials some nights on the chicken wings making them the best deal I’ve found per wing. The wings and rice are always cooked perfectly. The rice is perfect tenderness and the wings are some of the biggest and juiciest I’ve had in the north shore area. If you are looking for a late night wing spot for your weekend get together this is the spot.
