order never arrived. called in twice. first was told i just needed to wait a bit longer it was out with the driver. second was talking to the driver who was adamament he delivered the pizza, insinuated i was lying to get free pizza. if he did it wasn’t to me. asked for a refund. he claimed he would pass that along to his supervisor. hung up on me. i called back. i asked for a call back confirming this was refunded. recieved no call nor a refund. don’t feel i should pay almost 50$ for something i never got.

My Husband and I ordered delivery from here tonight. The pizza and wings were great but, the ordering process was a total sh** show! I spoke to 3 different people and got cut off in the middle of my order twice before I finally got to complete my order! There’s got to be a better way to do this!

Decided to treat my family to pizza today. This Pizza Hut was amazing, the staff was friendly and courtesy, they patiently answered all of our questions. They informed us that our order would be ready in 15 minutes and we waited in our car. The man that took our order brought our pizza out to us when we had forgotten the time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
