To start, the restaurant is too far from the highway to deserve an exit sign. To end, the food was at least warm, but the quality was rubbish. Lettuce should have been in the garbage for a week already, and the “toast” is misnamed as it was easily in the toaster for 20 seconds before removal. I’m glad this restaurant is miles and miles away from me because even it being in my state would bother me. 10/10 mad at myself for purchasing food here.

I’ve tried to give this Dairy Queen a second chance twice now and I’m done. The laziness is shown throughout this store everywhere. I got the biscuits and gravy and you can tell that they just threw it together and didn’t bother to really prepare it. They just threw a biscuit in a bowl and put gravy on it. Why waste your money here when you can go 15 minutes down the road to Lagrange and get 10x better food and service. The worker in the drive thru, you could tell she didn’t want to be there. I won’t be back here again, pure laziness.

The positive: the Blizzards were good, though my wife felt hers was light on the mix ins (and we frequent many DQs). The negatives: Staff treated us as a necessary distraction. The men’s restroom had the TP on top of the dispenser and no paper towel. The floor in the dining area hadn’t been swept in a while under the tables.

My visit to Dairy Queen was quite disappointing. Not only were there flies everywhere, but the sticky floors and scattered trash further contributed to a subpar dining environment. It’s disheartening when basic cleanliness isn’t upheld, and such conditions can definitely impact the overall impression of the establishment.

Stopped by for a long overdue treat for the kids, one car in front of us in drive thru, Sat and sat and sat, was told to wait. Gave me enough time to realize that for the same price I could get three times the ice cream at the store and the service is always great at home. I wish the general public was more demanding of the businesses and we don’t accept mediocre or non existent service. If they were closed for lack of help, I would understand that more than hiring a warm body and not training them. Where is the pep and pride of earning business rather than just expecting it?

This place is nothing short of a joke. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while employees FaceTimed on their phones in the kitchen and talked with each other, completely ignoring the fact that I was one of the only customers in the restaurant and was completely within eyesight of each on of them. Once I placed my order I was given attitude for a reason unknown to me, all the while employees stood around talking and swearing about how they can’t wait to get out for the day because they hate it here. As soon as more customers walked in, they complained that people were coming in. Super disappointing.

We have avoided this place for a year hoping it would be better and it’s worse! The gravy looks and tastes like watery milk. The chicken and fries taste like they were cooked weeks ago. Plus, the “toast” was not even toasted.

Staff is rude to deliver drivers, and they never have signs up on the doors when the lobby is closed. I tried mentioning this issue, and that signs should be put up (like every other place that has lobbies closed), but I was ignored.
