Both pizzas were horrible! One was dry, the other was dry with really hard crust. The local store placed me on hold waiting for someone who handles problems. After waiting over 25 minutes I called the customer service line. The customer service was terrible. She offered me two large pizzas and gave me a comp email. When I tried that, only one free pizza was offered. I did not take it. She was suppose to report it to upper management. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I put the pizza in the oven. They are more than welcome to come and get it. I just want my money refunded!

I had a cold, pizza that had not quite done crust Friday. Was given 2 free ones for that and ordered those last night. In which they were dry and cool too. I give up. Didn’t even call this time. Pizza Hut just doesn’t care about quality food or customer service.

I’m unsure of her name bc when asked she told me Lindsey but my receipt said Nancy either way I will not be returning to this location simply bc of her.

If I could give a 0 I would. I have tried to get food 3 times this week and everytime they can’t get it delivered to me and I have to spend 20 minutes on the phone with corporate to get a refund. And I did it one last time today and the order was out for delivery and then it was just canceled. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone getting money back and then I tried to get them to remake the pizza and just send it cuz my pregnant wife really wants pizza and I was on hold for q0 minutes then they just hung up. Save yourself the time and trouble. Get dominos.im filing major complaints to corporate because they are rude and do not care about their jobs.

None of my sauces were delivered and I ordered through the pizzahut app but somehow it was transferred to doordash, I’m assuming because this location didn’t have drivers. Also I was informed that my food was getting remade because the employees gave my order to someone else. I waited over 20-30 more minutes than my expected deliver time. Which took longer because my order was supposed to be “remade” and “fresh” but when it finally got to me, my cheese sticks were burnt and the pizza was overall old looking and looked like it had sat a long time. None of the 4 sauces I ordered were delivered. I tried to call the store for 2 hours and absolulty nobody would answer and once someone did, i asked to speak with a manger and they said okay and placed me on hold and then hung up! I was never able to get ahold of them or get anyone to answer again! Worst experience ever from this location!!

Our order was not ready in the 15 minutes per the app. When we got there we found out only one person was working. We had to wait a little over the 15 minutes but I applaud this man for handling orders well alone because they were pretty busy. I feel that he definitely deserves recognition for that. Our order was fresh and hot and very good.
